My favorite character in Pillars of Eternity, my handmade Aumaua Nature Godlike Paladin companion. Gave her all the defensive bonuses and abilities you can think paired with extreme will, super high deflection and bonuses against charmed and hobbled etc.. She has been the last man standing saving the battle countless times, withstanding hordes of evil alone while all the other party members were down, and she is a reliable damage dealer too. By far the most useful member of my group.

Is the histamine or milk sugar giving you problems? I can't eat cheese either, my body is incompatible with the former. What I did: working even harder on my military shoulder presses, I thought I was decent until I saw somebody doing a one rep max of 130 whooping kilograms with goddamn strict form. 30 more than I can press. Now I'm gravely unhappy with myself.

Yes, I just need help not to tip over when getting into position. I tried them in reverse, with the belly facing the wall (getting on my hands and then walking up the wall which is easy) but I'm getting a strangely arched back that way, not sure what I'm doing wrong, or maybe my core was already exhausted from the military presses I did before. I definitely need more practice. The strength part is easy though, it feels easier then pressing the same weight with a barbell and pressing your own body weight that easy is very gratifying. 8 repetitions no problem, might make a good finisher after shoulder exercise day.

Tried something new today, handstand shoulder presses. You basically do a handstand and then you lower yourself until your head gently touches the floor and then you shoulder press yourself up into starting position. I totally suck in doing handstands, but I could easily press my 100kg / 220lbs and it felt great. Too bad I need help not to tip over.

Today I dreamed about some future war. I was a little older, maybe in my mid thirties, my head was shaven, my eyes dark and sunken with an apathetic expression. I remember gearing up super quickly, stuff was literally flying, I especially remember the way I put the magazines into the pouches of my vest, with the cartridges facing to my right side so when the magazine is pulled out with the left hand you don't have to rotate it before reloading. I felt the weight of the gear on my shoulders and the rifle in my hands. The whole process seemed like I did it a thousand times before. The mix of feelings mainly consisting of dread, urgency, fatalism and knowing that things would get seriously ugly really soon was overwhelming and extremely uncomfortable. I just hope I'll never see a war in my lifetime.

Oh, I'm surprised this was left standing by the mods. Guess the little kiddies think the dwarf is just shy and is hiding. The eighth Dwarf may be shy but one has the feeling that he is a most cunning linguist. Sorry. Actually, it makes me think about this:

Let me take a look at that... HEY! THAT@S MY MOTHER! Don't be silly, I was talking about weights that can be lifted by humans, not ogres.

I had a dream about a completely new kind of weight lifting training device, and now that I'm awake it still makes a lot of sense. I have to make a sketch of it....

Tested the night capabilities of my camera. Shutter speed 30 seconds! I just wish I could afford a night-lens, I could make awesome photos, but I don't have 500 bucks right now.

Is anyone else going to tell Woldan that's blood vessels exploding in his brain, like the 4th of July? No? Ok, I guess he'll find out soon enough. Lifting is one of the few things that cause Angiogenesis, the growth of new blood vessels from existing ones. I can shed a few minor pipelines here and there, they'll get replaced soon enough.

Today I did three sets of 10 repetitions of 155kg deadlifts. Funny, the heavier you lift the lighter you'll feel afterwards.

I bet if there was a ''what makes you angry'' thread there would be zero derailing. Humans.... -

Still a dumb gun. The odds of mechanical failure have been doubled, its near impossible to make two barrels shoot at the same point of aim at any significant range, the two bullets leaving the barrel at the same time will deflect each other due to the escaping gas at the muzzle and the whole concept does not increase the chance of hitting the target, it simply makes you waste more bullets. The whole concept simply does not make any sense.

Even though you were joking there is still some truth in this, fighting terror with terror can be very effective.

Stylin' but sadly too soft, once they're loaded with 200kg + my 100kg BW it feels like I'm standing on chewing gum. I need hard lifter shoes. Ideally spiffy ones. Ah, a Doberman Pinscher: bright, attractive, low-maintenance coat, and athletic. Good choice, Woldan! Thank you! I wonder if she feels the same way, having picked the right human.

My puppy took the pic. Shes smart. Oh, here is my little 8 weeks old girl:
