If only that were true. While it is true that there are millions of people world wide that don't buy their BS anymore, the sad and scary truth is that many more millions still slurp it up, subconsciously if not consciously. On top of that, while there are millions who don't buy the mainstream media's BS anymore, many of these millions still do suffer from believing misinformation that they did buy from it before they woke up to the fact that it was a BS peddling store. This is evidenced by: a) Hillary Clinton voters b) People who believe that 'climate change' is a major and pressing issue that requires us to surrender power to governments and/or corporations. c) People who think Osama bin Laden masterminded '9/11' d) People who think that Islam is a major problem in the world e) People who think Israel is an ally to anyone but Israel f) People who think most royalty of Europe has no real power is by and large just there to be cute. g) People who think the U.S. is a democracy h) People who think religion is the cause of almost all wars i) People who confuse the meaning of 'theory' with the meaning of 'fact'. ie: Big Bang Theory, The Theory of Evolution. j) People who think 'Nationalism' is the cause of many wars k) People who think 'global free trade' is a good thing for average Joe anywhere. l) People who think that the Forbes list of the richest people in the world is accurate m) People who think the U.S. has fought any war in the last 100+ years for freedom. n) People who think Hitler started World War 2 and wanted to take over the world o) People who think Nazis got all Hansel and Gretel with millions of Jews. p) People who just about always interpret the words 'Progress', 'Evolve', 'Change', 'Diversity', etc to be positive things. q) People who think that questioning someone's birth certificate is racist. r) People who think that voting against a black person or a woman is racist or sexist respectively s) People who think 'That would never happen here'. t) People who think the 'Republicans', the 'Right', the 'Democrats', the 'Left' are the problem. u) People who think that any major party Presidential candidate is dumb. v) People who think their government cares about them w) People who don't see Black Lives Matter, the Black Entertainment Channel, the NAACP, The Rainbow Coaltion, etc as racist organizations but will decry the KKK as such. x) People who think the TSA is necessary and/or actually prevents 'terrorism', let alone is Constitutionally lawful. y) People who think the National Park system is Constitutionally lawful z) People who think that Ammon Bundy is some crazy nutjob. I could do this all day.... Goebbels and Bernays would be proud of the modern western propaganda machine. In fact, I would wager that if they were alive they might even be in awe of it.

There's a very sizable portion of the populace in the U.S. that has been wishing almost daily for the last couple of decades for California to fall into the ocean, like some geologists have promised us. Many of these folks will very happily suffer a spike in veggie prices if need be.

No, it just means you have a misconception about California being an overwhelmingly liberal state. In actuality it is a very diverse state that Ronald Reagan came out of. The demographics of California are profoundly different now than they were in 1980....

First time all of those I bubble voted for won. Alas, Mickey and Minnie Mouse didn't win either of the family court judge openings. Bugs Bunny lost the State senate race. Yosemite Sam lost the race for state judge. And Daffy Duck didn't make it to State Assembly. But my bubble votes won!!!

Nope... While the issue of medicine, it's costs, and paying for it can be quite complex, put very simply: There's 'medicaid', 'medicare', charities, your bank account (if you have one), hospital charities, private and community medical funds, your frugal/astute brain (if you have one), etc. to cover/avoid the costs. Just about no one is ever denied emergency medical care, and that was true prior to the government getting involved decades ago as well.

*highfive*! No one believed us. Most even said it was impossible. I wasn't brave enough to make that call, and I consider that a testament to just how powerful propaganda is. I had no idea who would win and honestly thought Clinton would. Even if my gut said the Trump support is larger than they think, it's very hard to make that call when you see limited evidence of it according to the mainstream media. Likewise I feel a lot of Trump supporters were "shamed" and thus afraid to announce their existence. People can still deny it to this day, but the fact of the matter is that the media was 100% propaganda this election season. Today it's clear that the only people the establishment has been fooling this whole time has been themselves. I do hope you two placed bets on this though. Indeed. On the bolded: If one actually is observant in life, objective, and truly learns from their experiences, wisdom and that bravery will come to you. Alas that most are not observant, objective, nor truly learn from their experiences.

Too early to tell for sure yet, but with more than one third of the precincts reporting in in both Wisconsin and Michigan, Trump is in the lead. Him winning those states would be huge. They've both been voting blue since '84.

I'm bedwetting but HRC got Virginia. She would have been in big trouble if she lost there. My favorite part is how the MSM has called Virginia for Clinton, yet still hasn't called Florida for Trump. When if you look at the reported in numbers, Trump still has a way better chance of winning VA than Clinton does of winning FL.

Worry not, you'll have plenty of opposition. Most of the Republicans may as well be Democrats, and are bought and paid for by the same people who pull the strings of Clinton, Obama, and Bush.

I'm bedwetting but HRC got Virginia. Just an FYI. I'm extremely busy these days and have very little free time. I expect to start having more time come the end of the month, and when winter gets underway I'll likely be posting regularly again. Just saying this as I may not have much time for awhile to bask in the glory or pay homage. Eventually, I will have time for whichever though and look forward to it.

Is it my imagination or does that map lack the most critical information for the presidential race, ie how many electoral votes each state has? Otherwise it's very nice indeed. I'm no great fan of the NYTimes, however, after comparing it with the following sites: abcnews.com, nbcnews.com, foxnews.com, cnn.com, and huffingtonpost.com, I find that it's election coverage page is the best. That said, if you find vapid commies squirming amusing, the huffingtonpost.com is where it's at.

Been super busy. Don't have time to read stuff. Won't have time to read stuff for awhile yet. (I'm sure some here celebrate this). Just wanted to pop and say hi to Leferd and that I haven't forgotten our wager. I fully intend to pay up or live it up.
