Yep but in certain games you have hard and soft presses combined with Z (spartan for one) where as the PS2 has other buttons for those functions. The Z button isnt particularly intuative either. I like the design, but I miss the functionality of the other pads.

I dislike the black and white buttons on the Xbox controller. You have to actually think about taking your fingers off the 4 primary buttons to use them. Where as the shoulder buttons work well in unison with the 4 face buttons.

The only good thing about Mew is it can learn all of the TM's which makes it unpredictable.

I find the GC and PS2 controllers quite similiar. The PS2 one wins because of more function buttons.

Yes , although it's more like climbing in general. He can climb up lamp posts too and stuff like that. The game plays like a cross between lord of the rings and Demon Stone. In one battle with an ogre you have to stun it with the strong guy, then the little kid will climb up on it's head and cover it's eyes. Only thing is, if you dont take out the archers first (with one of the other kids) she will get shot off. Trying to collect all the bonus items at the same time, not that easy. AI is pretty horrible though but it's quite good multiplayer.

Actually it's not as bad as I thought it would be. Kind of character puzzle based. Has some odd things though, like having to punch indestructable furniture to get coins and bonus items. And 8 year olds punching out a wolf just dosnt seem right. Gets better after the first couple of levels when you unlock some combo's (thats what the coins are for).

Yes despite people saying it looks crap I'm going to rent it for two reasons. 1. We are considering buying it as a gift for someone and we wouldnt want to send a crap gift now would we (since we dont hate this persons little brattling). 2. Curiosity.

I don't find them that comfortable. I dont like having my fingers curved around the controller I prefer the flat surface of the old one.

They probably nicked the bronze to sell. Should have made it out of something with no resale value.

Metal sound is quite handy if you use any of the special attack TMs. My favourite is dragon claw since Aggron (the fully evolved) takes hardly any damage from dragon type attacks. Metal sound will halve special defence(each time it's used) which is important because Aggrons special attack isnt so great. Rock Blast is another I like. Double Edge is good if you have rockhead as your skill since you wont take any recoil damage.

They learn moves at lower level in most cases. Aron will learn Protect at 34 Metal Sound at 39 Double Edge at 44 Lairon will learn Protect 37 Metal Sound 45 Double Edge 52 Lairons stats are around double Arons so it really depends if your desperate for those moves of not.

I can't think of any other format that has had such extensive studio support.

You only have two gyms left. Well all I can say is if you are enjoying the game Emerald perfects it. Otherwise finish Saphire and buy one of the FireEmblem games. Aron evovles at 32 btw.

If you hadnt started college yet it would make more sense to apply to an out of town college wouldnt it ?
