I knew it. God, I have the best ear for voices. Was half-watching TV while drinking Scotch and reading the forum, when I heard a distinctly Skyrim voice coming out of the TV during a local flooring company commercial. Had to look it up for 15 minutes, but it appears to be Jason Marsden.

Had to remove a handsy, megalomaniac mayor first. The flow of corrupt downtown big money should be back in full swing, now, so by Comic Con 2016 the CC ought to be finished. Sorry.

For what, basketball? Traffic has been exponentially ridiculous, of late. I am averaging two hours a day drive-time and my sanity is reduced to tatters ...

I didn't read any malice in that ... I've asked the same question myself. I thought F2P MMOs were as passe as hipsters already.
I am disappoint, but I understand contract work, and want Obsidian to thrive, more than I want my personal
demandsexpectations to be fulfilled. -
whew, completed the Trim. Got a little nippy coming through the pass, but the overhang is free and clean.

If you can work and pay for school as you go, future-you won't be literally sad all the time at how much student loan debt there is, I'm told.
Not tropical, but springtime Montreal could be the best breakfast, ever. Amazing architecture, and the Formula One race in June brings out the best black-skirt-high-heels-getting-into-a-taxi-outside-the-nightclub visions in North America.

Considering most modern scientists seem to think that somewhere around 98% of your DNA is 'junk' (because yea, if we don't understand what it is it must be junk right?), it's not too surprising they think we're half bananas. It wouldn't surprise me if they thought we were half eggplant, half snotball, or half toejam too. I certainly believe they are at least half bananas, and I think the case could be made that most people in modern times are at least half bananas, my personal experiences certainly validates that argument, so maybe they're on to something with this.
Compulsive contrarianism should be something drug companies invent and then cure ... with a bunch of blue pills called Stfu. Ask your psychiatrist if Stfu is right for you.

Paladins in PoE are not all religiously-affiliated as they are in A/D&D. The paladin companion, Pallegina, is associated with a secular political organization. There are "traditional" paladin orders in the world like the Shieldbearers of St. Elcga, Kind Wayfarers, and Fellows of St. Waidwen, but there are also mercenary paladins (Goldpact Knights), battlefield ravagers (Bleak Walkers) and all sorts of other groups. Without exception paladins are always zealously devoted to their chosen cause, but their chosen causes and codes of behavior are quite varied.
From the other thread, but some interesting new stuff here. Bleak Walkers, ravaging battlefields, zealous devotion, ambiguous moral codes ... the paladin class is going to be all that and a bag of morning stars.

A cursed, god-like dark paladin. Unlike his contemporaries, however, the harem will be above-ground.

coordinate with a paladin
mmm, yes, this action is acceptable--all inquiries to His Dark Lordship will need to be enscrolled in triplicate missives delivered in-person to the estate. Your cooperation is noted.

Right now I'm drinking the chocolatey milk after a bowl of Chocolate Frosted mini-Mini-wheats, but after that it's time for Scotch. In my belly.

More like Armoire Wayfarer, a hammer-wielding lunatic destroying Downton Abbey's wardrobes and chests of drawers into splinters. Sounds a lot more fun.

Are you prescient, Monte, or did you ring Irvine and ask for a tank MMO from Obsidian.

Hahaha! April Fool's--oh, wait ...

The wiki has a surprising amount of info. Flames of Devotion and Sworn Enemy are my favorite, so far. And the fact I can be an unlawful not-good paladin.

ooh, no, 80s alternative
I was surprised to learn, that, in Portuguese, piranha is pronounced ... pee - ranya. And that Rio de Janeiro is said, hee - yu gee jha - nay - roo.

Who's we ... everyone else left square one already thanks to generously applied facts. No need to invent a snub that wasn't.

Well then, why do I love women and despise kittehs in equal measure ... doesn't make sense. Oh, no, wait, yes I do know ... women smell like Chanel and shea butter ... cats like ammonia and death.

Yeah, I really dig this technical, mechanical wizardry thing. Some stellar naming for the spells, too.

The most important question seems to have been missed: will there be a Paradox logo on the backer game boxes?
Now I demand a Paradox logo be printed on the back of the Obsidian t-shirts.

Twin Stones - Two boulders fly out from the druid, causing Crush damage as they go. If the boulders strike a solid surface the boulder explodes, doing Pierce damage to anyone in the area. (Deflection/Reflexes)
I see my dark paladin will not have an easy time against his Sworn Enemy, who are now not merely feline-related druids ... but Great Cat-druids, shooting boulders!
Whew, all those spells are exciting, can't wait to play this game, even more than last time.

Got a cracking live blog going on, on IGN from GDC and Sony ... the PS4 VR headset is expected to be revealed any moment!!!
Hoo, yeah, there it is ... Project Morpheus. A prototype unveiled at GDC so devs get a look and make games for it. Whew, exciting.
-
i doubt we will see too much new information at GDC
and btw, alpha means "feature complete but not all content is finished", nothing more or less (even though only like 1% of the population seems to remember this these days)
Not according to Adam.
We have a similar definition of Alpha. Not only do we have all the features, but all of the content is in the game as well.

Woot! Yeah, no problems directly updating from 1.8.2 to 1.8.3 -- no uninstall or anything. Looking forward to the content, thanks very much.

I'm sorry, I have never once barged in here, but I am emboldened by twelve-yeear aged single malt to say UofA has the world's second-best space program in the universe!![:p](//obsidian-forums.s3.amazonaws.com/emoticons/default_tongue.png)
Anyway, good luck, looks like your team won't have much problems with those bulldogs. Wait, you like dogs but your mascot is a wild cat I'm sorry.
Edit: wait, I believe the winner of this game faces our Aztecs.
