I doubt that was solved by changing the name of the sounds and visual effects xD that could be it, but its still a weird choice, you dont usualy change all the references when you need to fix 1, unless they use other internal references and all the assets are regenerated automatically with hashtables or something like that that can seam random ... (well it could be that) But that would mean that each time any effect its changed or added all mods will have to be redone. -

ye moding its ok, not easy but ok, i am troubled couse i dont understand the change in a second 500 mb patch that did nothing else . If it was a reason for it its ok, but i have no clue why it was done, and i hope its not something that will happen in every patch. -

*solved: for those moding you need to change de cab codes from your old files to the new ones. If you are using a hex editor look for 0x 636162 -

i really dont like that balance changes ... nerfing 2 usefull mage spells and the only usefull cypher damage spell before lvl 11 ..... Well ill just override the nerfs If you want to rebalance something do it with the spiritshift .... thats so bad its suicidal to use it. -
and you didnt get that level cap xp unless you solo or grind respawnable monster kill xp. (i hitted level cap in this game in act 2) The bad thing is that when i got the level cap i lost all the interest for questing ... and went directly for ending the game ignoring all quests. Since you could not level more and it seamed there was no cool items to go for ... Lvl cap at max earnable xp (14-15) even if the game is meant to end at lvl 12 meibe for the expansion

not really .. you cant use 80% of the enchantments ... just the basic ones .. not the good ones ... (draining, second chance, the phrone crits ... ) if you could enchant as you want you will be right , but thats not the case. -

some ssupplies yes ( basic potions/scrolls/camping supplies) good items ? no, unless you reset the area in your save file by deleting it -

That's what I'm curious about. As it is, they kind of suck. yep ... stronghold shops are really bad not even 2 camping sets .... them should be the better shops in the game -

are you sure you deleted the right file ? you need to reload the savefile were you deleted it .. you can try deleting in that fill all the holds files so you see if it is one of them but its weird. It should work if you did it. -
This is true. I probably don't use them enough, but at the same time, non encounter abilities can only be cast once per rest. I guess in the end, what I'm ultimately saying in this thread is, I thought the barb would be decent at OT (with some hybrid gear), when in reality he's not. And, that 2 fighters reduce party down time (and reloading) so much more than any other tank option cypher XD lvl 3 , mental binding xD

there is a talent that reduces your wound minium damage to 8 .. but still, you need wouds for doing damage, tanks dont need to do damage, they need to survive, couse you will have 0 attack speed, but you will do damage either way with the monk tank couse you reflect damage . Warrior is the best tank, but not for doing more damage, its for having a higher engagement limit.

another one ... it seams you just want a game , where you can go in max dificulty setting with trial of iron, playing without thinking and dont die .... "were is the button that makes me play the way i want??? you will say ... where there is one ..." open console commands: Iroll20s God then you can play path of iron without diing and without thinking in the fights

they are calculated after DR as you said. that means 15 damage hit with 6 DR would give you 0.9 wounds instead of 1.5 wounds (10 damage threshold for wounds) that is exactly the counter intuitive way. by increasing your avoidance/mitigation (deflection/DR) you decrease you wound generation and vise versa. or did you just wrote it the wrong way around, and wounds are calculated before DR that would be new for me, and it would certainly make the monk a good tank class. thats why you do retaliate monk tanks, so you dont need to attack or use skills to hit them , if they hit you they die xD

you need to get better positioning if its happening in normal fights. If there is a lot of mobs you need to cc them, block their path or being able to engage all of them .. so bonus engagement talents and items are your tanks friends ... if you are fighting teleporting monsters .. well .. wait until they teleport mentalbinding and focus them down ..
