Yeah, the level of abstraction and fiction in projects made them both very hard and very easy for me. Like if I'm gonna make **** up I'm going to go big and wild instead of copy some real world problem to solve with an ideology laced solution. Despite this I managed to graduate magnum **** laude which I'm told is impressive but I don't feel like I accomplished anything and my acquired knowledge is either really dumb or fake and I don't use it anyway. Should have just gone to film school or majored in anthropology but I had to go for economics and bizness lmao. Dinosaurs definitely exist in Sailor Moon, if only because the episode in question was actually fun and didn't revolve around killing a monster. Canon be damned.

My school experience was being bored senseless then going to work part-time, so I can't completely relate to that. I do remember [redacted] on the weekends and staying up till 3 in the morning playing videogames or watching movies, neither of which I regularly do these days. I didn't know the former, I knew the latter due to being familiar with a horrible phrase roughly translated from German to English as "work makes you free". Same boat, the feelings of guilt for not living up to my potential combined with seeing the work I was doing as useless and irrelevant was very distressing for me. I pretty much sailed out of high school because of my test scores, and could have failed due to not doing projects and busywork. Maybe this all shows how the school system is ****ed and how current working hours are too much. But that would be in politics and something something the market can never be wrong in its divine wisdom bootstraps. Anyways I guess dinosaurs exist in Sailor Moon because of course they ****ing do.

Why not? Like if a season didn't really deliver that makes it the fault of the season and we shouldn't cut that season slack based on seasonal accounting or anything. There has never been a Speed Racer live action movie my dude. Sounds like you had a bad dream or something. Something I noticed is how Minako doesn't really get too much focus. Like in general the show follows Usagi very closely (often to the point of taking away from the rest of the Moon gang) but even then it seems like we've gotten much more focus on Ami, Rei, and Mako than Minako, even when accounting for her late appearance.

It was funny as hell. But her hypnotizing Usagi's family with an umbrella was better for me.

From what I've read a lot of things in the manga sound a lot more interesting. Problem is I don't really want to read it while watching the anime, Crystal is ugly cuz of cgi and very elongated character designs (maybe it gets better, apparently they've changed designs with every iteration), and I'm already reading a lovely manga where a paraplegic jockey teams up with a doctor/executioner to fight a dinosaur and 19th century Donald Trump because Jesus told them to. I think I'm going to keep up with this anime for the time being and try to slow down so I don't get fatigued.

Well they've finally figured out some new attacks. I'm going through Sailor Moon R a lot faster than I'd like because there's really nothing else interesting to watch in digestible bits and I'm having a hard time getting into playing games. At least I haven't hit any really creepy bits yet, maybe those will get me to slow down.

Not really, it doesn't have spell combat or spell strike which go a lot further in making the Magus than the weapon enhancement. I think there are a few hexes she can pick up that helps though, but levels 1 and 2 are fairly rough. It's pretty messy right now so blow your money on booze and your time on watching stuff.
