No, I'd just like a different focus. The focus on Mamo-chan and Usako is already taking up the biggest slot behind monster fights, it just could have done a lot better. Oh, and looks like Madoka is getting a sequel movie to Rebellion. I watched a lot of Steven Universe last night, for only being 11 minutes it can pack in a lot of stuff.

I don't have much to add about Mamo-chan and Usako's miracle romance. 3 weeks until the final season! What's next for you?

Yeah, so much I didn't notice it until a few episodes later and I saw S3. I've watched more. Last was Mr. Greg, which got Pearl dancing in a tux.

I finished season 2 of SU without realizing it and then went into s3. I left off at the episode where Steven is trying to get a fresh donut.

All it does is put a band-aid on a very big issue with itemization in a game system where having certain weapons is a requirement for some archetypes and a lack of good choices is crippling for them.

The original dub? I haven't seen it in over a decade, let me check real quick. I'm used to the sub and in the original dub Asuka sounds more like a grown woman than a teenager to me. I'd have to listen to more but it'd probably take a bit getting used to.

Pearl going crazy is easily when she is the funniest character in the whole show.

The **** I do. Uncle Grandpa can ride his tiger into the sunset and never come back. I watched 13 episodes of SU today....which is equivalent to a 2hr movie because they're so short. I liked where they went and it does storymode much better than Sailor Moon. The best moment of the series so far was Pearl's nightmare projection, which had me burst out laughing.

Yeah, did we really need Dwarven War Axes, Estocs, Kamas, and Sais? Dueling Swords made sense due to proximity to Restov, but unless you're going with a specific build it's just an off-brand katana or finesse lomgsword.

The variable weapon choice is very nice, especially considering how some feats and classes rely on certain weapons to work and the potential lack of good weapons. Sounds like there is progression with Finnean as well, I wonder if it will be like Soulbound or have a selection of upgrades at intervals. Guess I have a reason to give the beta another spin. I think Enserric was limited to the basic martial swords and a dagger. And you could easily block more enchantment because he had too many abilities compared to regular weapons.

SU s2. Steven met Uncle Grandpa, learned how his parents met, and started making t-shirts.

I'm recalling the story of Adrian Schoolcraft, an officer with the NYPD. He was a whistle-blower who made some tapes (called the NYPD tapes) uncovering corruption in a precinct. The response to either this or previous internal complaints was harassment that culminated in a(n illegal) SWAT raid and week-long imprisonment of Schoolcraft in a psychiatric facility. The NYPD issued a challenge coin featuring a cassette labeled "NYPD Tapes" on the front while the back features an image of a rat in a straight jacket with the quote of the order to send Schoolcraft to the hospital. Maybe not all the officers at the 81st precinct are bad people, but the system that produces something like that is ****ed.
