I replayed both kotor and kotor2 once, over a decade later. I tend to replay games more for the different gameplay experiences than the story divergences and in both kotors you're a space gish who destroys hordes of mooks no matter if you're pure evil or a saint.

I played kotor after kotor 2 and had been spoiled on the plot, I was more interested in space swashbuckling than the big reveal. It was good enough for that, probably not something I'd replay very often though as the options are pretty limited.

Utena 29-31 Jury duels, Akio puts the moves on Utena, and Nanami runs away. So Jury's part was nice, we learn that Akio has at least tried to **** every female character except for Jury and (maybe) Nanami, and Nanami is less interested in her onii-sama when she finds out they're (probably) not related. Okie dokie, 8 episodes to go. Yeah, I think it's pretty obvious that she encountered Touga and Saionji when they were kids and that her prince is actually Akio. Given how those characters all have black silhouettes instead of features, I think there is something about the academy that causes people to forget their lives outside of it.

Utena 28 the new old guy returns. Some guy comes in and marries Juri's unrequited love, only to end up getting a divorce. What a whirlwind romance. So umm... how has Utena not noticed something is up with Akio? I mean, the car(s) that are delivering her duel opponents to her have "Ohtori" written on them. I guess she failed English. Overall I think I'm enjoying this more because it stepped up the villains. I did not give a single **** about Professor Black Rose but the Incest Kings have a magnificent bastard energy to them that makes me enjoy their scenes instead of being bored. On another note, what is probably the last chapter of Berserk has dropped and it is magnificent.

AKTUALLLLLLLLLLY Most of the remakes were done by someone else. Maybe you'll get lucky and they won't spite you.

By this track record I guess Bioware games will all get remade around one or two decades after release. What's next, Jade Empire?

In my experience even this is selectively deployed. Like if a woman gets pregnant or if a kid gets arrested for weed they need to deal with the consequences, but if a guy gets his book deal dropped because he tried to overthrow the government or banned from social media for yelling racial slurs that's cancel culture destroying freedom.

Utena 25 DIO leaves his room. Ok, this is actually a big improvement. Even if it does get very... uncomfortable near the end. I guess car rides are replacing interviews now lmao.

I can definitely see that lmao. But I think it's weird that Starfleet officers aside from the crew are more likely to be villains or just incompetent/dumb. Like, maybe yall should have vetted these guys a little better before dropping them off on a planet with no oversight for years.

Finished up s2 of TOS last night. Man, Starfleet are a bunch of ****. One guy turns a planet into Nazis, another becomes a collaborator to a 20th century Roman empire, and another wants to monopolize longevity. I guess they had better vetting by the time Picard became a captain.

Utena 24 the Nanami clip show and the return of the elephants. So it says something pretty bad about the whole Black Rose arc when a clip show is better than most of the episodes, but here we are.
