  1. There are some indications that the virus was spreading through the states earlier than expected, which would suggest there may have been more deaths that were just tallied as natural causes. But the count would probably be low at that point.
  2. I seriously doubt that; tallies occur at the state level, and most are not going to undersell the risk factor to the public. The US medical funding system is abominable, but we do have a lot of very good medical facilities and staff.
  3. As usual the C+Hawks can't quite figure out who to draft in the first round, so they reach for an ILB in a position already filled by two All Pro linebackers in K. J. Wright and Bobby Wagner. Err... okay. A first round LB who is mediocre at pass coverage playing backup. Makes total sense. At least they went for a road-grader of a guard (Damien Lewis) for the running game.
  4. Only if he volunteers to try it first.
  5. More evidence is coming to light that COVID-19 is causing clotting complications. A coronavirus patient thought he was recovering. Then doctors found blood clots in his lungs — a new and potentially deadly complication of the virus. This is decidedly not the flu.
  6. For Detroit fans:
  7. ^ It should be noted that hydroxychloroquine tended to be administered to the more severe cases. Personally I'm waiting on the large-scale peer-reviewed study.
  8. Must be in Georgia.
  9. ^ Dude forgot the steampunk goggles...
  10. Now even she-shier...
  11. ^ For a while there I thought it was Torchlight III. The art styles seem similar.
  12. Finally went back to play Shadowrun: Hong Kong. It's decent so far, but has way more text than is really needed. Will they make any more, I wonder?
  13. Sword-wielding scientists show how ancient fighting techniques spread across Bronze Age Europe
  14. Sorry about that.
  15. The majority of medical professionals probably are Democrats, yes.
  16. Nasal Vaccine for Alzheimer's Disease Shows Promise Pretty cool for us older folks.
