  1. Wait.... Where did that come from? Is there any more of these unadvertized Dev game-design info things floating around that I might have missed over the past couple of weeks? Yes, he's made a few of them. There all on his personal youtube channel (which is the one in the above link).
  2. This isn't trivial. It puts large limits on roleplaying when you're forced to play as only one age.
  3. Good interview. I'm glad he finds romances in video games dumb too.
  4. I'm going to use my magic powers and predict it's happening tomorrow.
  5. I think not having healing potions/magic would actually add a really cool tactical element to combat.
  6. While I would have preferred a 40 million billion dollar budget, 4 million will be adequate to make a good game.
  7. I love gambling, so including into the game would be a welcome feature. Whether it's betting on arena fights or dice, I would welcome it's inclusion. It also enhances role playing because it allows me to role play a character who likes to take risks and gamble more easily.
  8. Yeahhhhh...... Umm... I don't really see how that would add anything to the game whatsoever.
  9. ... So don't go there. To my understanding, the dungeon is optional. Plus, you likely won't be forced to go all the way to the bottom before you can leave. Just go as deep as you like and leave when you get bored.
  10. Thank god. I have this weird thing with numbers, and having something be 14 floors makes me cringe. 15 is a perfect number!
