  1. Same here. I still have my regular PS4 which I bought back in 2014 I think. It is a bit loud but I have one of those gold Sony headsets and once I put them on and start playing the fan doesn't seem all that loud anymore. I only bought an Xbox One X recently because I never got to play anything past Halo 1 & 2 when it comes to Xbox and some exclusives such as Fable 2, Halo 3, Sunset Overdrive and Gears of War did interest me. Just the right time to jump in! The fact that the newer PC/Xbox exclusive such as Forza Horizon 3 or Gears 4 have HUMONGOUS download size and system requirements was also an important factor(I can still buy physical Xbox games here but physical PC games...do they even exist anymore?!). I briefly toyed with the idea of buying a Nintendo Switch because of Super Mario Odyssey but I still have a whole lot of games to play on the Wii U. I'll buy a 'new' Nintendo Switch in a couple of years hopefully.
  2. Good remasters are always welcome. I want to be able to play oldie goldies on Win 10/Linux.
  3. Store page still exists: http://store.steampowered.com/agecheck/app/72850/ Workshop still exists. Even if Skyrim's store page were removed from Steam, you'd still have Skyrim in your games. Did you look for "The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim?" rather than just "Skyrim?" I just searched for Skyrim and this is what I got: http://store.steampowered.com/search/?term=skyrim Weird. I guess I have to search for it directly from my library. Oh well, thanks a bunch. I go put that thing to the downloads! EDIT: weird, it does not show up in the search at all for me. I even searched for the individual dlc's but the search came up with no results.
  4. I was going to play Skyrim but then I noticed that Bethesda has removed vanilla Skyrim along with all the mods and workshop from Steam and has replaced it with Skyrim "Special Edition"... If I had a dollar for every game that has become useless in my Steam library I could have probably bought a Nintendo Switch with that money.
  5. What. a. review. I love these guys.
  6. A big family house is easily worth over 1 milion and can be in the family for generations. Most people who owns those cannot afford to pay 85% of its worth which means bye bye. Any private business cannot be inherited under such law so we will have all businesses owned by government which means bad products, no profits etc. Farming equipment easily is worth few milions and if it cannot stay in the hands of the son then basically in couple decades of government missuse the farming will collapse and we have famine. Which leads to the same outcome as all socialistic states: everyone is poor, everyone is hungry but the government is great. Brought to you by the "Idyllic world of socialism by Ben". But what if the dog inherits everything?!
  7. So you want to have "continued success", eh? Similar to...let's say, GTA V?! Dear CDPR: please don't.
  8. If Keyrock doesn't manage to get himself a PS4 Pro this Christmas, I will cry. You have all been warned.
  9. You should really reconsider things when it comes to Rogue Warrior:
  10. 2017 game: Nier: Automata non-2017 game: Sunset Overdrive
  11. It was and the story was definitely better than the second installment because it had a clear beginning and a satisfying ending, no loose ends, no cliffhangers. Gameplay is probably worse though, controls in Bad Company 1 aren't as refined as Bad Company 2 and the level design is pretty much a multiplayer map filled with enemies.
  12. Guess you have to find out.
  13. Hmmmm, Pillars of Eternity 2 or Battlefield 1? Divinity: Original Sin 2 or Battlefront 2? Nier: Automata or the latest COD? Yakuza 0 or Shadow of War? Super Mario Odyssey or AC: Origins? For me the choices are pretty easy, I exactly know which one to avoid: multiplayer games and/or games with micro transactions usually take a large portion of your time(if not your wallet) while not giving you any sort of satisfaction or sense of accomplishment for your wasted time(pretty ironic, eh?) so I tend to avoid them. I already have a pretty strong backlog which I am working on and no filler is going to ever disrupt the flow of me finishing great single-player games one after another unless I want to go back to Bad Company 2 or Red Orchestra 2 for a short period of time.
  14. Not surprised with the main campaign being tacked on. When will DICE make another game like Bad Company? Probably never.
  15. Dang, didn't knew that. Most games have an option for colorblind people nowadays though. Actually, it wouldn't be so bad if Crytek remastered all 3 games on current gen consoles, would be interesting to see how much they can squeeze the hardware on the 1X and Pro.
  16. It was a great game, the sequel felt boring though and I never got around to playing the 3rd installment. I do feel like replaying the first game though, that game is always fun to mess around in.
  17. EA and Burger King are working close with one another so that the next time you order a burger you'll have to mop the floor for 10 hours in order to get your fries. It gives you a sense of "accomplishment" apparently...
  18. Looks pretty darn sweet. So many games and so little time and -as of late- energy.
  19. Be sure to give Alienation and Nex Machina a try. Housemarque makes some of the best twinstick shooters around and they are pretty good when you just want to kill some time.
  20. Playing Fable II on the Xbox One X. Man, what an absolutely mellow and relaxing game. Also, let me buy Xbox 360 games without the need of a credit card, Microsoft! I could only play this because it was available on Xbox Game Pass and that subscription plan does not require a credit card for some reason, a gift card will do. What the hell, seriously!
  21. Ride To Hell: Retribution is sort of a spiritual sequel to Big Rigs.
