Also the fact Obsidian has a tendency to make really bad camera controls - the worst aspect of NWN2 was the horrible camera. I don't mind first person camera for a single PC, but when controling a party of characters, fixed iso is the way to go. Since this is not a "find a hidden object" game, rotating camera would add nothing worthwhile, but, judging by previous experiences, only frustration. Zoom will probably be in and useful too, to accomodate for different resolutions etc.

I don't get these threads that ask for PE being made like every other generic quasi-rpg fps being produced today. This is for those of us who actually want a game made "the classic way", and those who don't believe that way is obsolete or in any way worse than the "modern" way. I for one believe it's superior in almost every way, from enabling tactical combat, to, contrary to your opinion, better immersion. It is much harder to immerse when I have to constantly watch those uncanny valley faces talking rubbish with voices given by incompetent voice actors. We waited 10 years for something like this, why do you want to take it away?

I would certainly like immunities and resistances implemented, no dumbing down please. Of course, there should be an ingame bestiary available, so you can get needed information. Even better if it's tied to skills, like ranger knowing weaknesses of wildlife or mages knowing weaknesses of constructs etc.

I don't really understand how a transgender person with difficulty connecting to a nontransgendered character would find it easier to connect to an asexual race, much less a race that has no sexuality because it's a non-organic construct like a golem. And I don't understand how people fail to grasp role playing games are games where you're supposed to play(with implemented mechanics) other characters, not yourself.
