Yep. It's either the whole package, or nothing. And I think 3 only seems godawful because it came after two of the greatest movies of all time. 3, while not very good, isn't, in my opinion as ghastly as everyone says.

To the best of my knowledge there was only one "announcement" a few weeks ago stating Bioshock was coming out on PS3. Apart from that, Bioshock has always been talked about as a PC/XBOX exclusive.
