  1. She goes down the stairs like she isn't an old person desperately reaching for the walker, which I imagine is unusual given typical senior politician demographics.
  2. Are you disavowing your earlier statements regarding the holocaust?
  3. When have the dems ever devastated US economy? That's usually the Republicans' job.
  4. You do realize that there is more than enough evidence to impeach Trump a couple of times over, and Republican senators essentially agree? They just don't want to lose power.
  5. Well, how about getting rid of the skulls, while you are at it?
  6. What I have read is that it has been argued by the Supreme Court that the phrase has lost its religious meaning with time. Sounds like rationalization, to me.
  7. Well, In God We Trust certainly goes against the founding fathers, so it seems like a weird thing to use. I mean you either have separation of church and state or you don't. Those words on the flag certainly mean Mississippi doesn't.
  8. Well, it would be fun if Obsidian pulled a fast one and made Avowed an Eye of the Beholder style game. Then you could have a proper party, and it'd still be first person.
  9. This isn't PoE3, though. You might as well go on Grounded's forums and say you want it to be PoE3. Avowed is not PoE3, it is something else, even if set in the same IP. Also, that Avowed is being made doesn't mean Obsidian won't make PoE3 at some point. I certainly hope they make it.
  10. So what is a good list of mods to use with Brave New World, if one was going to start a new playthrough today?
  11. Sure if you wanna be a quitter. Thinking about it, for the longest time though I thought I should be cremated when I die. But now I wanna get buried just so I can get have a nice tombstone somewhere with "But my backlog." as an epitaph.
  12. Well, that would be the point, really. Having Obsidian design an open world fantasy RPG that doesn't jettison every other system and all semblance of game design, for the sake of the open world. Getting combat akin to Dark Messiah of Might and Magic, for instance, would be a good start. Also, I thought Skyrim was already the shallow version of Skyrim.
  13. The truth is that the English have been, historically, very focused, very effective genocidal imperialistic maniacs. They were also particularly good at the whole dividing and conquering thing. So the whole "we're posh, prudish, sensitive buggers who stammer a lot and star in romantic comedies" is just a big sham. I imagine 18th and 19th century English people driving colonization were probably more like Jeremy Irons playing a villain than like Hugh Grant playing some kind of knob.
  14. "The greatest trick the English ever pulled was convince the world they didn't exist."
  15. If the exhaust fumes don't get you first.
  16. That doesn't make any sense? Assuming Biden is the shirt, is Trump the pants or the feces? If the candidates are all pieces of clothing, is the libertarian point that hypothetical diarrhea guy should have gotten a new hat instead? But if the point is that Trump is the feces, perhaps the argument should be that the holy constitutional pants are too restrictive and old and probably should be updated and improved in order to allow for better protection and cleaning, instead of working against the lower appendages it's supposed to help protect.
  17. Kind of., but not really. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Meatball Also Swedish meatballs are kind of terrible. Italian ones are much better.
  18. Paella is ok, but Portuguese rice dishes are clearly better. Generally Spanish food is good, especially if compared no Northern European cuisine. But Portuguese, Italian and French are all better.
