  1. It's a 2D game designed for 16:9. At most Obsidian could set up some art for the game to place on the unused margins for 21:9 resolutions. It would be just cosmetic, though. Note that I have a 21:9 monitor, myself, and I understand where you're coming from. Regarding 4k, I don't know what might be the issue.
  2. Mine is preloaded and ready to go.
  3. Given that the majority they might eventually achieve in the House will be razor thin, it might happen that about the only thing the GOP will be able to do is investigations. Getting all their ducks in a row to pass legislation in the house will be a tough ask. Assuming they get the majority, which, amazingly is still very much up in the air.
  4. Carlos Pacheco, comic book artist, died at 60. He had been diagnosed ALS a few months ago. He penciled a lot of great comics, but my favorite of his was the amazing Avengers Forever.
  5. They are but have to do their best to play it straight.
  6. Is that real? Even for Shapiro it is exceedingly dumb.
  7. A general election should obviously be called. I imagine the Tories will hold on to power, regardless.
  8. Poor guy. Yeah, if I recall correctly, he was the lead designer for NWN2 until he left Obsidian right before release, and I vaguely remember rumours that when he left for Bioware, NWN2 was not in the best of states, and that was a lot of work to be done between him leaving and the game's release.
  9. Language warning but: https://twitter.com/OOCThickOfIt/status/1580912574778200065
  10. In Portugal the current far right party has a bunch of members who are former members of PNR an openly neonazi party. One of their preferred slogans was the slogan of the Portuguese dictatorship. They swear they are neither fascists nor nazis. In Brazil, Bolsonaro's supporters also like to use the same fascist slogan I mentioned above. They also swear they aren't fascists. In Sweden the current far right party was the neonazi party. They still count among their number a bunch of original neonazis. They swear they are neither fascists nor nazis. As you can read above, analogous things are true of the far right parties in Austria and Italy. So not that casually, unfortunately.
  11. If they're like every other "former" Nazi Party in Europe, but who now just purportedly ask questions and are very concerned about things, they sound like one of these every time they talk:
  12. Actually that starts in November, so it's more like a couple of months.
