  1. Hey, wow You've got a rat for a familiar
  2. Yeah, wrong. I mean, you're the one who told me not to cheat in a game. (not that I would)
  3. Which of course you wouldn't use, cause that'd be wrong.
  4. Outstanding. I may have to actually buy the guide to get a good manual. I'm covered either way, since I took rogue for the skills since I'd use them anyway.
  5. Just a note: The book says one thing and the game says another... I'm just assuming the game is correct.
  6. ^ About that It seems the in game info contradicts the manual... so I'm guessing the in game info is correct. If you scroll down the list of classes when you choose your first class you'll see what I mean. Eldritch Knight seems to need only Martial Weapons proficiency and Level 3 Arcane spellcasting powers Waaaaaaaaaaaaay easier than Diplomacy 8
  7. Neverwinter Nights 2
  8. Seems the manual is pretty wrong compared to the in game info, and Eldritch Knight is easier to qualify for than I thought. Gonna try a Rogue 1/Fighter 1/Wizard X/Eldritch Knight X Human of course.
  9. I loved that part, the infinite kobolds were a pain, but the extra +3 longbow you could steal off one of the ghosts made it worth it.
  10. Wow, I see what you mean. I'm not sure how anyone can qualify for that class easily. Diplomacy of 8... and the only classes that can develop it easy are non-casters.
  11. I almost wish I wasn't so hellbent on enchanting. Weaponsmaster looks like it'd be a blast to play ^_^
  12. Well, I've decided to reroll. Partly because my character is a bit gimpy, mostly because the lure of enchanting is too great and even more mostly for the fact I'm finding I really suck at playing evil Which you kinda gotta be as a warlock. Well, there's chaotic too.. but I started at neutral and I've already gained like 15 +1's of goodness I doubt I can find enough ways to go chaotic before gravitating to true neutral... then I really will be gimped
  13. Jorian, there's a difference between not adding something because the game can't handle its implementation (which I'm guessing is the case here) and changing the rules without reason.
  14. :D I'm the same way By the end of BG2 (for example) I had tons of spells... even those from Irenicus' dungeon I kept saying, I'll save them for that "big" fight... but that fight never came because I wanted to save them for the next one.
  15. Well, in PnP, Warlocks can create almost any item using their innate "Imbue" ability and UMD skill. But, alas, this isn't PnP. That's ok, I'll just keep a mage NPC handy. Normally I'd reroll as crafting/enchanting is a big thing with me... but I'm reaaaaaaaaaaaaaally liking the Warlock's other skills.
  16. I read it. From what I read, it sounded like he didn't like NWN2 just because it wasn't like Oblivion. That's my take on what I read anyway.
  17. That would have been my guess too, truth be told.
  18. It's already fixed for the next patch. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Does that mean fixed "warlocks can't choose item creation feats"? or Does that mean fixed "warlocks can now enchant"? (w00t) It never hurts to ask. :D (w00t)
  19. My main complaint so far.... Warlocks can't enchant. Yet... they are offered the feats for it. I'm glad I found this out before I blew feat slots on feats my class can't even use. Why, oh why did they gimp Warlocks like that. They're the best enchanters in a non-Eberron world.... at least in PnP
  20. Are you sure? When I was having problems I cleared space on the drive I installed the game on (not C) and the problem went away.
  21. I pretty much do the same thing, and it allowed me to install to a different drive than C
  22. You should see the cry babies at Bioware's forum. Many times I had to lay the smack down on them. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Go get 'em tiger.
