  1. At least you could make him feel remorse over it. That was a definate story plus. And kinda sad too.
  2. Shandra was one of my favs, I wish we had the option to save her also.
  3. Oh, I understand perfectly. You've been presented with another way to get the functionality that you desire, but you're still not happy with it. (for reasons I'm not even going to attempt to guess at)
  4. Huh? lol No she just explained that she simulated a cave outside ..rofls. That's not my gripe. I'm talking about all interiors having an elevated tileset, and Obsidian forgot those. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> /sigh. Yes, I realize this. In fact she used my idea as she said above. It would seem you're not understanding what I'm saying, or you're just arguing for argument's sake at this point.
  5. Umm.. no... I'm fairly certain we all get what you're complaining about. But it seems it IS possible to make these types of things using indirect means... so they are do-able. So it seems this particular argument is over.
  6. Not really the point though. It would seem you CAN make "interior" looking maps with elevations using exterior pieces. And since it seems you can, that's all that matters.
  7. I had to try again. Managed .176 this time. I'll have to try tomorrow for sure. this is kinda fun. :D
  8. I'll try again when I'm less tired. I only got .2124
  9. heh. this is ironic. I totally pwned that dragon, but the fire giants... I had to reload at least once as I recall. You could probably take the double dragon duo... there's a cheap way to win that battle. And the KoS is easy once you know what to do.
  10. Not to mention an old and obscure one. If you turn undead when the zombies in the crypt under the beggar's nest are talking... they start attacking you and are invulnerable. very very not cool.
  11. Nah. Zeloutry is more Lawful Neutral. Word of the law over the spirit of the law.
  12. Lawful good is about Justice, not offing evil at every turn.
  13. What incarnation is NWN at, 1.68? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Not sure, whatever the Diamond edition is... I didn't update it past that. But this is an old bug, I remember it from when I played old vanila NWN
  14. Depends. Where are you in the game right now? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Game 1 I got done killing the red dragon and had the usefullness of my character kicked out of her. Game 2 I am close to entering Act3. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Why do you feel your character is useless?
  15. I think the completist in her got in the way.
  16. Other than the save eating bug (thank goodness it hit me on my second playthrough and not my first) I haven't really encountered any bugs. At least nothing I can go "hey, that's a bug" about anyway.
  17. Only cuz wotc gimped their polymorph rules.
  18. Hey, speaking of expansions.. I know what I want. The return of the shifter, or it's 3.5 incarnation the Master of Many Forms ^_^
  19. Awesome. Thank you roshan.
  20. Neverwinter Nights. I'm not sure why, but it doesn't seem to suck as much as the last time I tried playing it. Might be the upgrades from the expansions though... and shifters rock. Flying around as a cute little dragon thing is what makes games fun. :joy:
  21. Which mod lets you use BG with BG2 rules and upgrades?
  22. Speaking of bugs, NWN still has them even after all this time... as I just found out. Comparitively, I've encountered far fewer with NWN2
  23. Kobold rogue, knowing him.
  24. Sand calls for the trial by combat, or so I hear.
  25. Keep in mind there are no expansions and no box sets, of which there are numerous NWN incarnations. So a comparison might not be apt. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Not currently, but I'm sure there are records of how NWN sold on a month to month, or quarterly basis. So you can compare that way also. In the end though, it's probably not possible to compare until NWN2 has as much age as NWN1.
