Load Z with heals and mass heals, preserve your rod of res, and keep using the statue powers and he is indeed a pushover. Totally unmemorable boss fight. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I wouldn't say unmemorable. That second wave was pretty cool.

Would killing a child be evil? How about someone so old they can barely move? It comes down to context. In this context the orcs are to weak to fight or defend themselves (much like a child or an extremely old person), so it's effectively murder. Righteous murder depending on point of view, but still. as a side note: Thanks for the tip on how to get a lot of evil points, my warlock is sliding toward good again. :ph34r:

Sounds like someone didn't use Nordom. Or did you think that crossbow was for show?

PST's combat was weaker than BG1's. It might have been the same format, but the playing area was smaller, so you had less room to move that made spell combat and ranged combat trickier... and in some cases pointless.

That's why Dual Classing is the best. Fighter/Mages can take anything. :cool:

Hammers do not need breach

Warlocks get their power from innate ties to Infernal sources (hence the evil part) or Fae sources (hence the Chaotic part)

I don't think I've ever used that spell. Didn't see a point. If you hit something hard enough, eventually it'll drop

Summons are awesome. Especially the elemental ones. They REALLY helped me out in the final battle as they can take a lot of punishment, and keep agro on themselves.

Wha? All you have to do is keep hitting it until it drops. And stoneskill gives you more HP (effectively), and the energy immunity spells neutralizes it's breath. I had more problems with orc hordes

They were pretty easy. Far easier than the ones in BG2. Of course, I solo'd the ones in BG2 also.

Stoneskin. Energy Immunity spells stop the fire damage. Summoned pets will distract it. After that just tank it. Easy battle overall.

The best is Warlock 20 if you want to make use of your Infusion power. Since the level of any item made is based off your Warlock class level. Seeing as that'd give you, indirectly that is, access to every spell and magic item in the game... I think that's FTW.

Imoen was never whiney though. Had a barbed wit, that's for sure, but not whiney. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Yes that is right. Plus Imoen had humor where Neeshka doesn't appear to have. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Neeshka has sarcasm, which is almost as good as humor, but not quite. Imoen > Neeshka, but Neeshka still rocks. :D

It's worth it, in my opinion. Losing one feat for Martial Weapons won't kill you (don't take the fighter level, that's another spell level gone ) In exchange you get more hit points, and you'll be able to fight if need be. Plus the first level of EK does give you two bonus feats to make up for the one used for Martial Weapons.
