As I recall WoTC "had" to make their changes after they were bought. Book of Vile Darkness for example had to go after that occured, and most M rated things were only allowed by third parties and then only if they used the licence thing WoTC had set up. Hasbro seems to have them on a pretty tight leash.

<Spoilers without blockage> . . . . . . . 1 At that inn you find Khelgar 2 on Deekin (1 in Neverwinter and 1 when his inventory resets for the keep) 1 at the temple of something or other in the main district of neverwinter (blacklake I think) 1 in your keep (check your bedroom) That's all off the top of my head, there's probably more. I had at least 5 as I recall.

I almost always use Khelgar. But I'm just saying that for some that isn't their choice, so bags are better. Besides, I like carrying all of my loot on my character.
