I've actually been tempted to pick that up recently It's definately on my "get eventually" list

DS was pretty cool I think I like D2 better because the classes had distinct feels rather than a generic character you could shape.

Surprised, I am not And to keep this from moving to the realm of off topic-ness. An "evil" game wouldn't be possible in a DnD setting, given WotC's "guidelines" for that sort of thing.... or so I hear. A unique setting, or one from some other game line would be just as good though
