  1. Genre definitions has its ups and downs. If a gamer asked me how Darksiders played, I'd tell him that it is God of War mixed with Zelda. A gamer has probably heard of these games. If a non gamer asks me, I'd just tell him that it is an action adventure.
  2. An even better example.
  3. I'm actually very interested in this, but what is there to discuss? We need more news, I'll be all over this when we learn more.
  4. I guess I will be using Lily as much as possible. Hoping for a romance option.
  5. This trailer is dedicated to all forum trolls out there.
  6. The level up system supposedly works like in the Gothic games.
  7. Splinter Cell Conviction was a big letdown for me. I did however enjoy the offline coop missions.
  8. Heck, it doesn't even need to be AP, I just like the modern day setting focusing on spies. I'm a sucker for these kinds of games/movies.
  9. This is me speculating, but I have a feeling this will play more like Baldur's Gate: DA and the Norrath games on PS2.
  10. I don't think the point is about whether someone enjoyed or not Alpha Protocol but whether a sequel can be financially viable. I can see a publisher being less than happy with the prospect of publishing a sequel to a game that was repeatedly called unfinished and buggy, has a metacritic score under 70 and has sold 700k copies on 3 platforms. I see what you mean now, and I completely agree. But I still think there is a slight possibilty that we can see a sequel. I wouldn't mind if Square Enix published a sequel to AP, that is ofcourse if Dungeon Siege 3 sells well. Sqaure Enix wants a bigger cut from the western market and they are already familiar with RPGs(duh!), so it can happen, but it is probably unlikely.
  11. Am I the only one that enjoyed Alpha Protocol?
  12. Star Wars TOR = KOTOR 3-6, unfortunately. What I wouldn't do to see an offline KOTOR again...
  13. Try running the game in Windows 2000 mode.
  14. Can't wait to get this, maybe not day one, but sometime this year. The framerate isn't supersolid, but that didn't stop me from playing Risen.
  15. A good interview. liked what I read.
  16. What? I loved the multiplayer in the NWN games.
  17. ^I had the same experience. Not a single bug, but I have also seen some crazy videos of some crazy RDR bugs. It is more or less GTA in the west with much improved controls and a SUPERB soundtrack. One of the better games I have played this year.
  18. "Neverwinter" Yay! "Cryptic" Nay!
  19. I'm happy enough if we get good loot, not like how they did in Dragon Age(I enjoyed the actual game.); 95% of the items you got were useless and almost everything looked the same.
  20. I'll only list 2010 titles. Fallout: New Vegas Arcania: Gothic 4 Two Worlds 2 (This can be good, believe!!!) Torchlight (console verson) Torchlight 2 (console version if it comes out before 2011) Deathspank 2 LittleBigPlanet 2 Fable 3 Divinity 2 (including the expansion) Castlevania: Lords of Shadow These are my top 10 wanted games of this year, but there are many more I want. Unfortunately, my wallet does not approve.
  21. I see no reason why there would not be any...
  22. I hope that Hawke gets a good voice actor. That is my only problem with male Shepard.
  23. Two new screens
  24. That Planet Fallout hands on sounds awesome. I can't wait to try that grenade launcher. And enemy vareity is good.
