I seem to have a vague recollection of a time when things used to be... not white, but that's probably just the alcohol talking.

But this is what I see now, when I look out the window.- French forumites
Nothing special, pretty much the same as Finland...- French forumites
Sorry, Canadians, we mean the true-born French.- French forumites
The French people I know are nice(and speak English), but it is weird that we lack any significant French presence in this forum. There are even two Estonians here, better start representing, France.- Australian EB Games Pre-Order/CE info. please
I believe the official line is "SEGA deals with that stuff". There's like 5 other threads on this already.- Movies you have seen recently
Just saw Juno, great movie.- Just Cause 2
It uses Steamworks, so I guess, but don't quote me on that.- Just Cause 2
Do you have a 64-bit operating system? Also, there's a trainer to stop the timer and be able to attach an infinite number of super strong ropes for maximum fun.- Nothing to worry about
It's more about marketing dollars and having a known franchise.- Acronyms
Urban dictionary gives this sentence many fun interpretations.- LOST season six
Yup, I'd better buckle up for a Battlestar Galactica scenario just in case.- Pictures of your games
Still living the high life, Gorth? As for Two Worlds, someone had the best review quote for it "I give Two Worlds a 2, one for each world".- LOST season six
You'd think they would have shown him in more than one flash-sideways if that was the case- Nothing to worry about
What I meant was that even with Ubisoft's horrible DRM, SC:C will still sell better than Alpha Protocol on the PC.- Just Cause 2
There's a new patch out that fixes some stuff and more importantly adds an option to expand the field of vision, getting rid of the console-style zoomed in feel. Just add "/fovfactor=2.0" to the launch options for the game in Steam, works like a charm. Oh and climbing around on a helicopter while shooting a grenade launcher one handed at the occupants is awesome.- Experience systems being used
I agree with Hurlie, better game design, less crappy shortcuts.- Experience systems being used
Level scaling is just a cheap way to hide your incompetence when designing a game. I don't support it or infinite respawn.- What are you playing now?
Trying to make sense of FFVIII will most likely end with you in the loony bin. The dead Squall theory is great, though.- Experience systems being used
I don't want an easier game, I want a game with more content an less filler. I'd rather play an awesome 5h game like Portal than a 20h sludgefest of random encounters and dungeon crawling.- The funny things thread
Reading that on camera must take some serious courage(or stupidity)- Metro 2033
Sure every game has some bugs, but if your game has bugs that corrupt the save games the game is flawed. Back on topic, the Gaint Bomb Quick Look is up. If even weird Russian games have quick-time events, all is lost.- LOST season six
You're a bit behind on the Lost times, buddy. The time-travel was good and season 4 was also pretty decent. Also, they said that while they won't be able to answer every question, it will have a definite ending. I'd rather see where it goes than drop the show 8 episodes from the finale. - French forumites
