I remember in 2016. I was an absolute, hardcore Clinton supporter ( I still support her ) and she did indeed represent the continuation of the Obama legacy. I was under the impression that most Americans supported this because of polls and certain feedback from some US friends and family ( to be honest I also didnt exactly listen to dissenting voices I knew or general Republican views ) The global media houses also generally had the same view that Trump was bad and Clinton would definitely win So it wasnt just me and my view which was selective This forum should have been a relevant way to understand this real political dichotomy because most US forum members didnt seem that keen on Clinton for a variety of reasons which I also disagreed with for legitimate reasons at the time Then Trump won which irrevocably shattered how to interpret accurately US traditional ways of voting choice Anyway what I learnt is many Republican supporters will not participate in polls and arent necessarily going to use the mainstream media to openly support Trump. So you cannot assume victory for either party and this is to be expected because I can still see valid reasons I can vote for either candidate ..now if someone who is not a US citizen can possibly vote for either candidate I can understand how being a US citizen and there voting choice can also be undecided

Why would you be surprised by the Republicans possibly winning Florida? Its has a loyal, Republican base in many areas. It also has the Cuban, American community who understandably vote Republican, ask Orog. Dont repeat the same mistake many of us made in 2016 where we assumed " Trump will never win"

But even though the whole " starting off as a prisoner " has become arguably hackneyed and banal it does provide a good way to start off an RPG journey with no items and you need to fight right from the beginning...but you often denied certain items so you need to be cautious so its adds to the excitement IMO Which is why I am still fine with it in most cases ( and I do agree its common....oblivion, witcher 2 , and BG2 spring to mind immediately )

I rushed to buy Coteries assuming it was like other Vampire RPG....I installed it and started playing only to realize its a narrative game.....not a RPG game like Bloodlines I was really annoyed and felt mislead by false marketing......except for the fact Coteries never claimed to a RPG like Bloodlines, I just never read properly what the game was about

Thats fine, Romance is definitely not the main reason I play any RPG Its just a part of party interaction and adds to realism but its not mandatory

Mental health cannot be arbitrarily assigned by any government. This measurement of human function can in almost all cases be decided and indubitably understood by people who have studied the human brain like psychologists and psychiatrists So in other words if society defines someone as " mentally unstable " this is based on science and the neurological understanding and ongoing research into one of the greatest mysteries in existence .." our brains and how they really work " But the point being in almost modern Democracies you can trust medical views that people are bi-polar because they have been accurately diagnosed. I just finished Mass Effect Andromeda and it was indeed a very entertaining gaming experience and scores a solid 65/100 on the globally respected " BruceVC gaming score " system I generally play non-fantasy RPG the same way, I start the main quest and then deviate to complete secondary quests and companion quests until I get restless and then I focus primarily on the main objectives. So I spent 74 hours on ME:A and probably completed overall about 60 % of the total quests Firstly there were no bugs, seriously none. I did use a Mod that addressed unresolved Bioware bugs and I am sure Bioware has worked hard to make the game stable so that was a pleasant experience I thoroughly enjoyed the narrative and the way you explore various planets and make them habitable for civilizations I didnt Romance anyone which was a slight disappointment but I also didnt complete the potential companion Romance arcs for companions like Peebee and Cora but to be honest I wasn't that keen for Romance with either of them so its not a serious criticism And then Frostbite works well, the combat mechanics were exciting and frenetic and so was generally game play . I look forward to future games from Bioware using it

Good post and your option 3, F:NV, for any true " sandbox, open-world " RPG is the only reasonable answer around game design and mechanics You take huge risk going into certain areas that have much harder enemies but they can be defeated albeit requiring a certain strategy and or items and your level cant be 8 or more below their level But there are real rewards like rare items and general loot which in all the Fallout games I have played from FO3 onwards has real benefits in the game economy
