I have always loved the concept of the Lovecraft universe and I tried to get into one or 2 of the PC games that are set in this world I started playing Cthulhu : Dark Corners and I wasnt impressed, I stopped after about 3 hours Maybe the latest game, 2018, Call of Cthulhu will be better. Im still playing Divinity 2 and I think I am really getting into it and finally appreciating the way combat works around RTWP Last week I nearly stopped playing as I losing most battles as I was level 4 and had left Fort Joy and was literally battling to survive in places like Hallow Marsh. But I then started adopting a much better combat strategy and ensured any party members who basically were Tanks were equipped better and I started being more strategic around magic usage Anyway once I got to level 5 and 6 the combat became much more manageable and I also now understand the RPG mechanics unique to this type of Larian game

Draconian, really ....what would you define as draconian when it comes to globally proven and successful lockdown measures that we know work when numerous countries have seen cases of virus outburst . So in other words Oz did the right thing in Victoria and it achieved the expected result I am not trying to be rude at all but when we unintentionally start seeing correct but necessary lockdown measures as "Draconian" you feed the false narrative that these steps are not necessary.....and if you look at the current reality of the virus spread in many countries like the USA, EU, Russia and India you will see what the virus spread causes And I consider you a reasonable and informed person when it comes to the virus so if you think the Victoria lockdown as unnecessarily extreme I wonder how many other citizens in Oz think the same. Yes I agree, also members of the Republican establishment would feel loyalty to Trump for understandable reasons like how well they have done in the Senate and Trumps successful implementation around certain Republican policies like the tax breaks and the SC placements But if they openly defy and criticize Trump they also risk Trumps supporters voting them out and not supporting them in future votes So you keep quiet or add some public support and survive the Trump juggernaut especially now thats its waning...I would do the same if I was a career politician like Cruz, Rubio or Graham

The global support for Biden is valid and understandable especially if you live in the EU and UK and understand the important role the USA plays and needs to play in ensuring a better world based on proven Democratic principles I always mention this but the US elections have real global ramifications around geo-politics and ideological alliances So it is consequential on many levels

When it comes to reviews of games I use several sources that include some of my brothers who game, certain gaming websites and opinions on forums like this. But I will always decide for myself what I want to buy based on my own views. D:OS2 was one of those games that always got excellent reviews generally so I assumed I would enjoy it immediately But as I mentioned I nearly stopped playing it and thinking back the combat was part of what I wasnt enjoying. Interesting you also mention that But it grows on you once I started understanding AP and more effective combat strategies

Im about 7 hours into D:OS 2 and Im really starting to appreciate the game, I nearly stopped playing it because I wasnt use to or enjoying the jovial way its written and how characters seem to interact .....it seemed unusually and uncomfortably light-hearted for normal RPG I play But I got over that and I am getting use to combat and Im enjoying it
