To be honest. I wasn't swayed by NV too. It is cleary the better game but I got way more out of AP.

Dungeon Siege 3 at New York Comic Con

Thats... surprising It's completly the opposite of what I read and what was posted before. It wouldn't be that out there since well Obsidian. But I have now bought another gaming magazine and both say that there has been nothing confirmed regarding max players. -
Wait, what? There is not only 1 AI companion. At least up to three are already confirmed aren't they?

See, I don't like that kind of gameplay. It may not be timed in the sense of having a big old countdown clock or something, but it's still timed, possibly making it feel like a somewhat random chance of success (at least your first time through it when you don't know what to do). Run around, oops, didn't make it, reload, run around, etc. Does it feel like that? It can. I personally thought the places where the speakers are are always pretty damn well indicated but.... I love section like this, though. From all the games I've ever played they are the most satisfing and downright fun to play through (Naturally only if they are good designed) Sadly, its a dead gerne with only a few games coming out in recent years. Wild Arms XF for a surprising example. Though thats also already 3 years old)

Which means four DLC in total, which is roughly in line with what they did with Fallout 3. EDIT: Source? A post on neogaf http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php...55&page=232 Thats why "apparently"

Apparently these trademarks were registered by Bethesda Old World Blues Lonesome Road Honest Hearts (The Burned Man, New Canaan, etc)

Fallout: New Vegas nominated for 2011 WGA Videogame Writing Award

It's nice that they are noted but the WGAs are the worst pretentous awards there are IMO. They are completly based on popularity. -

Depending on how well made DS3 is I would love Obsidian to take on the series. More than any other RPG in Square Enixs hands actually. The current Square Enix Seiken Denetsu team is beyond garbage. -

Yep, which is a good thing actually. Especially for a console title. And for the ones that didn't play it. SD3 already featured multiple charachters with their own backstory and starting location. -

Argh so then: The screenshots aren't particulary good to describe, two are already in the polish mag and the last one is atop the bridge fighting spiders and humanoid enemys. -

Question? Are pictures from mag scans allowed here? -

So, -PVP modes are apperently planned -Looks great on consoles. Even better on PC. (Better Shadows/Textures) -The Looks give a great atmosphere -The Dialog system isn't laid out in good vs. evil but rather in tradition vs. progressive thinking. (Which leads probably in how the new legion will be structured? My guess) -Companions can leave you if they are unhappy. If they are happy you get boni. -Classes are balanced to each other in their use to ensure quality teamwork in co-op. -There is no information on how many classes. -Talents aren't many per class but they are deeply upgradable. -The game begins in a burning castle. -

intellectually challenging intellectually challenging intellectually challenging Sure, I clearly overlooked all that Mass Effect subtext, like... like.... like.... Scrap that, It's pretty much a B-Movie in space. One hell of a B-Movie, but still a B-Movie. What in the world are these people smoking?

I'll get it too. -
Not really out of the box thinking. It's really straightforward in execution and just needs a little reading comprehension. There are other narrative related things in the DLC that need way more thinking. This is kinda sad actually.

Most of the problems I have with Cages writing that it seems like that he writes like a talented 13 year old. Big potential but at the same time extremly childish and prone to thousand of beginner faults. It just shows on the female charachters (which are always beyond horrible) the non-existant romance/akward sex scenes (I love you for no reason so suddenly like 5 minutes after I actually really got to talk to you/I love you though our only interactions were when I patched you up and from some sort of obsession I have with my current story. Oh yes, let's have sex while your son drowns!!!) and the overdriven and unfinished plot threads. Also he has a obsession with showers. A biiiiiig creepy obsession with showers.

Another post of Sharpe Hahaahaha. A stereotype? A stereotype. You have no loving idea. I'm not even going to go into it, because she's one of the best-written characters I've seen in forever. Her dialogues are sublime, I'm talking Planescape-level awesome, and you guys should all experience her for yourself.

Some cryptic DLC info supposedly from a Focus Tester at Something Awful The ghost people are hostile for the same reason everything else in the Mojave is hostile- because gently caress you, I want your stuff. vv As for how they're made, let's say the haze in the sky isn't dust and leave it at that. He is, he does, and the best part is that almost all of you have already seen him playing through new vegas, though perhaps in a decidedly more aesthetic version. You mean the one with "Dog" carved into its chest? Well... sort of.

I actually thought his voice acting in AP was better than everything else I heard him in. Or maybe that was more because he was the main charachter in this one.
