Because of this even armed by artillery/tanks and supported by US airstrikes they lose war against poor equipped but fanatical ISIS warriors.     If we talk about military power - most powerfull armies in region is IDF, Iranian and Turkish military forces. Kurdish PKK fighters, or Syrian troops are not most powerfull military forces in region, but even they constantly beat ISIS (Syrians almost win war against intervents and PKK show own coolness also (while pro-West Kurdish official military forces make bad performance)). http://www.diclehaber.com/en/news/content/view/414766?from=919196554 In other words minor powers in region (not even in world) don't fear fight against ISIS, while proud warriors of country pretended be most powerful in world hide own butts in fortified bases and shell random civilian installations. In other words US/NATO pretensions to be a most powerful military force in world are baseless. Actually even Ukrainian army looks more combat ready than NATO forces (at least Ukrainians flee only after loosing of 2/3 manpower, and even after this some almost destroyed units try acts offensive, in same situation NATO army just surrender much earlier). All talks about using aerial forces/artillery against guerilla fighters are baseless (these methods only give more support to guerilla ). Only one cure against guerilla exist - own well-trained guerilla forces, but NATO don't have qualified warriors for this and because of this these posers just shell towns instead( this tactics can't ended by different way than Vietnam war ).     Leaving aside your slightly pathetic attempts to sound foreign by leaving out prepositions, I have to ask if you have ever actually met any kurds. Or is this more meandering racism at work? Do you seriously do want compare combat ability of Kurdish militia (or Syrian army) with combat ability of NATO/world hegemon? If so it's meant West become really weak and can't pretend to world dominance more (Though last time when West win war is WW2, after this time they have only failures, i too slow and forget what even lightly equipped paramilitary groups are serious enemies for the West). In present times West constantly use terror tactics against civilains instead of fight against enemy armies (Yugoslavia, Ukraine, Iraq etc) because of this.

Though if Nato begin aerial war (much more cost, much more errors cause civilians deaths - more recruits for ISIS) against these guerilla fighter it's even better. As Che Guevara say "We need more Vietnam's for US". Victory upon fat Hegemon become close every day. It's even become a bit boring, enemy too weak and shameful for honorable victory upon him.

    Southern pocket is over. Remnats of Junta forces throw everything and flee from positions. Rebels try stop them, cause HUGE damage for them, but some amount of troops escape anyway. Two months ago around 5000 - 6000 strong Junta army has been surrounded here, but only around 1000 of them are returned ( and around 500 flee into Russia ). Just epic victory of quite small rebel paramilitary forces upon strong but stupid and inert regular army. Junta forces drop a big amount of equipment - rebels take new toys. ' Ukrainian columns try break through Rebel defence ( they use zero killometer for it - buffer zone between Russian and Ukrainian border). Not all do it successfully. Ukrainian army even don't take with yourself or bury bodies of own dead soldiers, they just throw them rot to fields, it's yet another evidence of total catastrophe.

    Yet 100 years ago Ukrainians are political party of Russians with butthurt separatists. It's not nation or ethnicity it's quite artificial unsustainable formation (with 23 years long history). Anyway in current period this Ukrainian civil war is about how Ukrainians kill Ukrainians, citizens of Russia almost don't involved into this (except some amount of adventurers. but this is their private business). EU do want grab this land, but Ukraine too populated for this (too many deputy into Eu Parliament, too much power for subslaves). Current Kievan "government" just fix this by depopulation of country. Just typical comprador bourgeoisie nothing unusual there.

I think everyone easily recognise if Russia really decide make war against current Ukrainian government - Russian tanks in Kiev, Kievan junta flee into Europe/US but even this don't save them from assasins with icebreakers/polonium tea, Russian troops on Polish-Ukrainian border, Georgia 2008, epic butthurt in NATO HQ and other unseen yet things. This Ukrainian-Ukrainian war yet not looked as Russian-Ukrainian war exactly.
