Gamers are an ISIS full of Hitlers.

I often asked the same questions.

One of his conclusions seems to be that this game reminds him a lot of Assasin's Creed. And I have to say that I completely agree with him. I have asked this maybe 2-3 times on the Bioware forums but never gotten a direct answer as to why this or if my intuition about this is correct. As for the exploration and the visuals, I have had a fear - or intuition - that Bioware wanted to turn the DA franchise into some sort of skyrim game e.g. Bioware wanted to take several clues from Skyrim for inspiration when they wanted to make DA: Inquisition. And it certainly seems that I was correct. Statements from lead devs. have confirmed this. Sadly - however - it seems like Bioware's thinking at the moment is this: Skyrim sold 20 million copies. If we, Bioware, make a game that looks and feels and plays similar to Skyrim, we will sell, maybe 5 or even 10 million copies. Since a lot of people played Skyrim as their first rpg...it must therefore followt hat they want something like this in a rpg from Bioware. However, Im not so sure about this. Bioware rpgs have always been strong in story and characters where Bethesda's rpgs always have focused on exploration. They are two distinct - adn different - ways to make an rpg. And I'm not so sure that Bioware will sell between 5-10 million copies of this game. Well let me put your fears to rest, a BW style Skyrim isn't likely to happen. The amount of content and testing that is needed for an open world game would leave little time for BW core mechanic, the romances.Although is very possible that if they do decide to go full open world that they will reuse a lot of assets from previous games; they've done so with Inquisition, freeing their time to focus on the storytelling and ****ing over 3d artist that need to feed themselves. Mass Effect 4 will feature open-world romances. In fact, the plot revolves around exploring the universe and ****ing almost anything that you come across. Concept art is already out

Well, that turd is a good indication that the toilet isn't working well.

The working theory is that she used to be some guy that was called John Flynt.

On whether the "magic" is there or not in CRPGs

When people say NWN2 they actually mean MoTB. -
Is funny how there are still people trying to make sense of BW writing as if they don't just do whatever they feel like at the moment and disregard their canon.
-
Yes, but do they have to suck on it like that?
-
They are both portrayed by Hugo Weaving if that's what you mean. We are also Anonymous.

I don't know why I keep thinking that this whole season is building up to something.

On the particular cases of Divinity and Wasteland; for me what turns me off from them is the story. I can put up with the repetitive and long turn based combat, but as soon as I start wandering without direction then I lose interest. Divinity kept stretching the "big reveal" to the point that it was almost quaint how they kept hyping it even though it already had revealed all. With Wasteland I lose interest when they keep trying to make it a mystery that the baddies are robots; no ****, the robots I have been fighting since the beginning are bad. -
You're Tal Vasoth so I don't see that happening.

You can't go back home, everyone changes and however much you want to you can't enjoy "soulful" games as when you did since who you were at the time played a big part on why you enjoyed those games. If you're asking for a more adult (not XXX) version of "soul" then i'm right there with you. Mostly I think I've began to be less forgiving with games, I've seen the same tropes and plots for years to the point that i'm bored by it. I liked PS:T because it was different, because I couldn't tell where the story would be going (although I had suspicion that it would be other planes) Whereas with recent games I feel like i'm listening to someone tell a joke I already know the puchnline to and no matter how many times I say the punchline he keeps telling it. -

Roll for nostalgia...and it failed. -
Wasn't there a massive mod project trying to incorporate various stories into a single module?

Why hasn't anybody come up with a direct download option that doesn't require login. Is it really that difficult? I don't like playing games while big brother is watching, it just feels weird.

Bear dens need to be more inclusive.

"Will you side with the Mages or the Templars" How about neither? Last time I took a side both were jerks.

Skyrim + Oblivion In Oblivion, portals show up everywhere, we need to close it. DA:I is about that, closing up portals that will show up everywhere In Skyrim we kill dragons everywhere Dragon Age have lost it's originality, a rip off from many popular games Seems like someone doesn't like fantasy.

Some of those cases were closed thanks to cooperation by 4channers but any goodwill they build goes away as soon as they raid Tumbler or convince Bielebers to cut themselves.

Some threats are their jurisdiction. Could be threats came from outside the US. That and I believe that domestic bomb threats are treated as terrorism which falls under their jurisdiction; I'm thinking this has to do more with Anita than with the whole Gawker thing. But is all speculation right now.

On another angle, Oliver Campbell has hinted at findings from FBI and DHS investigation that some of the reported harassment and threats were made by the recipients. So far, he hasn't released any concrete proof but has encouraged people to use the FOIA to request the information. So...get hype, i guess.

Would you like a blanket and some cocoa? This GG issue is very simple, if you're a shepherd and a snake is taking all your sheep what do you do to the snake?
