  1. They added that already in the form of “shared worlds” as the secret feature of 0.14.
  2. All you need is healing items; I just gassed a Black Widow with 2 Super Stink Sack arrows with the badge equipped (I was on a rock where it couldn’t reach me), and it only took like half of my health when I fully upgraded my health via Milk Molars (one did less than a fifth of my health, tested it while I waited for the Widow to respawn). I should try it with the Green Shield Bug, but I am guessing that with smoothies, it is possible still to melee vs range still.
  3. I would imagine that if they will just recommend a new save but old saves can still be playable, like the past 2 years. Just might be a little odd looking in some areas, like a picture I saw on someone’s base on the picnic table in the Hot and Hazy Update (0.11). Hopefully that makes sense. Probably should add I got a 600+ days old world; I just hope we can have the option to restart the story, like the last update.
  4. Yeah, sounds like a bug maybe. I don’t know why it would work though on some clients and not on others. Hopefully the developers can fix whatever the problem might be for those who have this bug. With anything, I might have it too; i just probably don’t know it because I don’t go grub hunting.
  5. Maybe it’s a bug for some clients, since some people have more grub than larva.
  6. These are good, they look like weed stems as well as silk rope. I wonder what else would be used to make it. Hopefully this is added soon.
  7. It is just a visual bug but annoying since you can fall through an invisible floor and can die. One way to fix it is logging back in. Also, you can’t break them, it don’t even pop up the option to break. When the bug occurred, it scared my friend because she thought some walls were broken (there were grass planks on the floor) but it got resolved when we both logged back in (the walls reappeared and the grass planks on the floor disappeared). This bug sort of remind me of the bug in the 0.11 PTS where you couldn’t delete saves. They will appear to be deleted but would reappear when you go back to your world selection screen. Thankfully the bug was patched though.

Don’t think that will work, maybe though if they added a spectate mode that hosts can enter if they are going AFK, or just make it so that you can share the host for saved world or worlds with your friends (that will not need a dedicated server since it won’t be always on). I keep on hearing about the server issues, hopefully the developers will address it soon with some updates to sharing worlds.
  9. I would imagine that the bows, crossbow, and shields would be back items; as well the two-handed things and spears. I do agree that one-handed things like the daggers, hammers, axes, and the repair tool can be on a tool belt like thing. Maybe add a quiver to hold your arrows in. These can be separate from the backpack, making it so you can carry more things like mushrooms for example.
  10. Before, if you died, you would respawn with nothing. Maybe they can make it so that it won’t take damage if you die from thirst, but that would maybe be hard to implement into the code. Also, higher tier stuff don’t really take a lot of damage if you respawn. Maybe though I am not understanding what your problem is, in which case I apologize; I don’t really die with stuff on me, unless a bug in the Upper Yard kill me.
  11. But that won’t be possible on Xbox, only buying a server maybe. Who knows, the server thing is a wait and see how they implement it. I just hope that your friends will be able to play on the world even if you can’t host the world, without having to pay for that. Hopefully that made sense.
  12. These are good ideas, it sounds perfect for a Weather: Phase 2. I think that is a good way to explain the Sandbox, as the first phase of adding weather, since it is a hot biome (like a heatwave) making you hot and drain your water faster. If I am right in the cold biome being Phase 2, maybe it can add some dangers like ice spikes falling or a burst of cold wind along with the freezing effect, which @Game Matrix suggested as slowing you down; but instead of draining your stamina, maybe making campfires needed to keep you warm before you freeze into a Ice Cube. It be cool if this is in the next update, it would add to the difficulty of the Upper Yard as well as spice up the gameplay. Hopefully that all made sense.
  13. I agree with this; I have played a game called Icarus for a while, I am taking a break right now, but as long as your friends join the world, they can host it. I still don’t understand how it all works, I call it a dedicated server since anyone can host the world; really helped with doing missions on that game. I hope Grounded can do the same thing soon because not everyone can be on at the same time.
  14. I don’t think Venus fly traps would be found where the game is taking place, but maybe Wendell was experimenting with it, so maybe it could be worked into the story.
  15. That would make the raw science after buying everything useful. Plus, the Broodmother need to be baited every time, so it would make sense to use raw science to re-summon the Assistant Manager. Hopefully I understood what you were saying correctly.
  16. I really want to be able to fight the Mini-Boss ( Assistant Manager) again, sort of like how we can fight the Boss (the Broodmother) again. It is a cool battle but don’t want to need to start over just to fight it again. I don’t know how many people want this though.
  17. I think this sounds like what they have in the game already, the Shinobi Sneeze. That is hard to get and got the same use I think; I probably don’t understand what you are saying though. I never really even touched them though, I usually just go after whatever aggro on me, or just ignore them, if that makes sense.
  18. 1. That would be cool if you had a slider that allowed you to change the spawn rates of insects, from normal to hardcore, on top of the difficulty you choose to play on. Maybe they will add that in a future update, that would be cool to have control of. 2. I think they are now adding heavy hitting bugs, I mean if you don’t block the rolling attack of the Rolly Poly,with Ladybug Armor on, it will take about half your health away in Medium Mode. And those are the weaker versions, make me wonder what is in store for the future; especially with the termites being announced. 3. I would like to see a bigger map maybe, but not of the backyard; maybe that can be like in Act 2 of the storyline if they are thinking about doing the game in chapters. I think they are finally adding more to Act 1 of the story, especially with the release of the full game being a couple of months to a year away; then they might start on Act 2 if that is their plan still, and that can be a new addition to the map once Act 1 is completed by the player. Let me know what you think, I like the ideas of fknjerkz in this suggestion and hope that this is an addition to the ideas.
  19. That part of the story is still a Work In Progress I believe. I got it too, it just a waiting game now for the quest to finally be completable. There is also a gap between Wendell Log 3 and 14 that isn’t in the game yet. Hopefully the next update will add more to the story, the cliffhanger is killing me, I want to know what happens.
  20. Ok, I have to say it, I like these ideas and hope the developers add them; especially the rubber band one. That will make building tall Zip Line towers a one time thing to build and not at every point that you want a Zip Line. Took me 40 days to build one near the Oak Tree, and I am considering a bridge next time, since that took a lot less time to build. Even a pully system will work I think.

  23. The grass regeneration, if you chop even the saplings down, is a bug. I did it in a house me and my friend built, and it grew back maybe from starting the game. Hopefully it get fixed soon, as well as the insects spawning in bases, that is on the bug tracker. From what I understand, the insects should have started to view you as a threat and start attacking you and your base; my guess is that the developers didn’t add it in yet, because I am still able to steal Ant Eggs without them staying mad at me, and my world is 500 days old. I hope that all made sense.
  24. I am convinced that curing the Haze is Act 2 of the story. I mean Act 1 and Full Completable Story are 2 separate things on the feature board; I think Act 1 is us figuring out what happened, restoring power, the backstory to Grounded. It just my theory based on the 0.11 update, it just a wait and see.
  25. I think the trap having a timer makes sense; I also like the idea of using a build that you put different lures in to lure different bugs. I hope I understood that correctly, maybe that can be added in a future update, might make early meals easier to get.
