I'm dreading a Matrix Revolutions type ending, but I mostly think it's just going to be an actual slog-out fight, partly justified by (the retconning of) all reapers not being Sovereign/Harbinger sized monstrosities, partly by one species having utter and complete dominance over a group of already individually powerful client races (renegade) or all the species in the galaxy unifying for a single cause (paragon).

You have to remember that people said that ME2 was no longer an RPG because weapon mods were taken out. You can't blame Bio for essentially calling them out on it. I think it's also a bit out of context, they generally talk about the the advancement system when they say they are putting the RPG back. Don't think ME games RPGness or lack of it is really made in the weap customisation OR character sheet, TBH.

Haven't had to work fixed hours in a decade now, but, yeah, public transport stress was kind of major when had court days. Had a job interview last week, and they promised to inform me no matter what on Friday or Monday. Guess if they did. Sent an e-mail yesterday, haven't gotten a reply. While the pay would've been really good, can't say not (apparently) getting the job feels THAT bad if prospective bosses don't even hold to making the announcements they promised.

It isn't particularly twitchy. Combat is a fairly mellow rhythm based game. I'd say it isn't twitchy at all. OTOH, it's IMO rather boring. Been playing it on and off for the last couple of weeks, not exactly looking forward to getting back to finishing it. :/

Watched the American last night. The director's photography background is kind of apparent throughout the movie, there's a lot of scenes with beautiful composition and little else going on.
