  1. There's a sewer drain on the EAST side too? Well, I never found that one. Then again, I'm a big baby when it comes to water. Freaks me out to dive LOL. Hmmm clover cave is to the west of where Rash is now, I believe. I don't think they moved the cave, only Rash. (And I squee'd in delight when I discovered him! That throwback sound!) I've seen that happen once, but it was when I was swimming. Had nowhere to get out and swing! BTW: Has anyone else seen a wolf spider stuck on a leaf in the middle of the pond with nowhere to go? I swear he's there just to freak me out all the time...
  2. I, for one, request the EXACT FLIPPIN' OPPOSITE of this. Dear lord, I don't think my heart could handle any kind of 'pedes'. The regular ones in everyday life give me the absolute heeby geebies!!
  3. You can find them under the roses near the oak tree, like where thee nectar droops, or you can kill gnats that are holding a little yellow thing in their mouth. I found tons of then, again, by the roses. The gastro goo? I'm pretty sure I tried it and it didn't work. I also saw a video of someone spawning stuff on PC and he was talking about how you can't make that one because there's no honey. I didn't start messing with smoothies until after the latest patch.
  4. Pollen is already in the game, though it does nothing and has no recipes yet. I've seen that there is a smoothie that uses honey (not honeydew, because I tried that) but honey isn't in-game yet.
  5. Its quite annoying how water seems to break tons of interactions. I spent 10 minutes trying to push a berry out of water once. After that I built a floor and 3 walls under it to prevent it from falling in again Same with weed stems. I've had too many fall into water to never be recoverable...
  6. I didn't mess with sap collectors until I had 3 bases built, 2 of which are right beside natural spawn points for sap. The fallen tree branch has 2 large sap spawns (possibly 3) and a large amount of single sap spawns all over it. Just watch out for all the annoying mites (I wish we could deter them somehow).
  7. It would be nice, but so far everything in the game is set in stone, planned out meticulously. While the idea of random generated content seems easy to implement, I would think its that much harder to balance due to all the variables.
  8. YES PLEASE. I mean, I have a torch+ which lasts almost an entire night, but not being able to swing my mighty mint mallet in the dark makes this girl sad.
  9. Yeah, that sewer drain. I wasn't brave enough to try to go in there. I found the clover cave and barely made it to the other side.
  10. Yes, it only collects one at a time, which is why I have the tree root literally covered in 13 of them. It DOES look rather silly only being able to collect a single sap nugget from a whole cap. Perhaps in a future update the caps could collect up to a certain number of them, or even better, produce one of those large sap chunks you have to hit with a hammer (if given enough time)?
  11. SAME! It makes me scream every time I hear it. First time I heard it I thought I was being stalked by a new creature! Please reduce the audio levels of the grubs. 50% or so would be plenty.
  12. I like where you're going with this, but let me refine your ideas a little. I like the idea of a dungeon in each biome, but what if each of these "dungeons" was a thematically-fitting rogue-like? So, a sandcastle in the sandbox, because sand. Maybe the oak tree has a knothole high up on the trunk you must build stairs to reach. Maybe the pond has an underwater cave system. Now, what do I mean rogue-like? Well, on one hand I like knowing where to go when I'm in, say, the ant-hill. But after awhile, its not exciting anymore BECAUSE you know how to get everywhere. These "dungeons" could provide you with some randomly generated rooms that make it so you never really know where to go to speedrun it, so to speak. At the end of these areas could maybe be a boss type of creature or a challenging puzzle/platforming section with raw science as your prize?
  13. Really? I think its on a random timer. Ever since the latest update it fixed being able to place them down with much more ease. I now have 13 sap collectors on one of the roots of the tree by the pop can. As I collect from some of them and turn around to walk back, about a third of them randomly respawn a brand new sap right away. I'd suggest just putting down WAY WAY more than you think you need, so you can collect a full stack of them each day with one harvest.
  14. I went ahead and made an XBox clip of the wall. You can hear my attacks hitting something. I also step back to show that a normal swing doesn't make that sound. https://gamerdvr.com/gamer/malkavian-grin/video/108159505
  15. I'll give that a try once I fancy a swim. Currently building base... #4? #5? Something. Hedge Base is go! Broodmother has been killed!
  16. Interesting. I'll have to figure out where/how to get water flea meat. Can't seem to interact with anything while swimming and I only saw one underwater. I definitely want to craft some of these so I can explore the water drain! Anyone with experience with these: Can you drink these while already underwater?
  17. I just started messing with the smoothie station and noticed that it can sometimes "eat" your items and they are gone forever. Example: I started to create some Boost Juice, but in trying to go quickly, I pushed the shortcut for the recipes twice in a row. What this did was lose the aphid I had in the smoothie slot and replaced one from my inventory. I had 3 aphids, but could only end up making 2 smoothies. I didn't notice this happening with items that stack (I.E. pebbles, mite fuzz, etc) Playing on XBox One
  18. So there is this weird invisible wall around the end of the weed killer hose / spout that makes it difficult to walk near. I have to loop around it as if it had bigger geometry than intended just to be able to get on top of it. Not a huge deal, but nothing else has this weird behavior. Playing on Xbox One.
  19. I agree, something needs to be done with the mint, I'm just not sure what. Yes, its a little weird that everything else respawns except for these. However, now that quartzite respawns, I now have no issues using THAT rare resource to fix all my gear (and, y'know, actually feel comfortable wearing down). Heck, before this last update I was carrying around a level 1 AND level 2 axe because its so hard to get ladybug heads (and quartzite wasn't respawning). Can we make the mint container a bit easier to get/out of? As is, I have to crouch then spam jump in order to get in and out of there. And maybe don't make half the mint chunks spawn on top of the box and the other half go flying into the yard? With as precious as they are its scary they could be lost like that.
