Steelport itself didn't seem that absurd. It is more fun to rampage in SR3 though, even before the god mode upgrades. Finished off Vegas 2, forgot about the gunship boss so that was a good laugh (somehow a gunship fails to kill one guy in a courtyard..)

I do wonder at how they come up with a design of the 'look' of the gun. US and Russian weapons generally keep looking the same though, just with rails and foregrips. Hm...some one needs to put rails on a Mosin-Nagant.

R6 Vegas 2 is even worse than I remember, playing the SP to get sharp for MP with friends. At the hardest difficulty it is an exercise in frustration. I'm fine with dying easily as...that is the point of R6. But the way the levels are designed it seems you're funneled from killzone to killzone (why there's not a bigger response to these mercs and Mexicans deploying companies in Las Vegas than the three guys they send, I'm not sure). Still, as a COD game it would be pretty good.

Interesting, runs flawlessly for me, so wasn't aware it had that reputation.
