Which was not password protected. As you can imagine everyone cheated or began a campaign of wanton destruction. Rookie action to delete the files, the true craft was modifying people's solutions so they failed and looked like incompetence rather than sabotage.

Likewise, we do have rent control here so there's a maximum increase but that only applies to buildings made before a cutoff date (politicians can be rented too, I guess).
