  1. I feel sympathy for Browsh having to do that, but professionalism is good to see.
  2. Russia probably sees the same from NATO states creeping towards them. Probably both are a bit overdramatic.
  3. Definitely eat something, crackers or bland stuff is good, I think.
  4. https://www.forbes.com/sies/jackkelly/2022/01/27/reddits-antiwork-subreddit-temporarily-shuts-down-after-an-awkward-interview-between-a-moderator-and-fox-news-star-jesse-watters/ What happens when Reddit meets the real world. Seems a colossally stupid idea for them to go on FOX at all, much less with so little preparation
  5. Wonder what countermeasures they'll come with.
  6. They had beards, ergo are barbarians.
  7. Do notice my PC boots a lot faster, so definitely had the HDD involved in the bootup for some reason. Strange thing for Windows to do, but I guess I should pay attention to that. HDDs are pretty cheap, so guess will replace that just to stuff music and other files. Also need to get a new backup drive. Should also start putting together a new build, but so lazy in my old age I think I'll just bother a friend to come up with the list for me
  8. Well, PC is operational, luckily it chucked everything into Windows.old, so I can restore my FF profile and other app's configs. Wonder if I can get the HDD to return to life somehow, probably not given the clicking noise and not even showing on the BIOS. Tempted to do 80's style TV maintenance and just smack it At least I had an interesting night for the first time in months.
  9. And my HDD died, and PC failed to boot - I guess the boot record was on that disk for some reason. Lost a whole lot of data, but nothing too important. Now I get to spend time getting it back into an operational state.

  11. https://www.ign.com/articles/frost-giant-rts-unreal-engine-5-funding-starcraft-warcraft-blizzard So I guess Epic exclusive.
  12. Job postings as marketing, hah.
  13. After not talking to any coworkers for about 3 weeks, I thought you do need some interaction with them in order to feel there's a purpose to the job. Then I attended a daily call and found suicide more attractive than before, so maybe should adjust that conclusion. How can people spend an hour discussing JIRA state transitions...
  14. Because he's not the one that's been bought off, WAKE UP YOU SERVILE SHEEP. I like how he tweeted that the vaccines killed a kid 8 years in the past though.
  15. Ukraine now trying to talk down the crisis. I guess they got the ammo and weapons to sell on
  16. No. Wait until it's 90% off.
  17. Found Space Above and Beyond on Youtube, still a watchable show, even if the references to the Pacific theater in WW2 are not subtle, heh. And the protagonist squadron being the only competent people (at least until the ending..). Forgot how literally dark the show is, too.
  18. Got a frigate in Sea Dogs : CT, so combat isn't so bad now. Wish my AI squadron weren't so useless, lost my Brig in a battle when it decided to ram my Corvette. Maybe just need less moronic captains though. Definitely think signing on with the French was a bad idea though, they are war with Spain so I've pretty much locked myself out of the large islands
  19. Isn't criticizing Russia for it, likewise ? Hypocrisy in geopolitics is like embellishment in football.
