I tend to buy my Steam keys from Kinguin, since they're cheaper, but I always pay attention to get ones for the EU. Kinguin did run a check and requested proof of residence, though.

I'd argue that weapon specialization in Deus Ex was poorly done: You play as a UNATCO killing machine worth 50 billion dollars who can't even shoot straight. The wobble was atrocious. I'd also argue that Deus Ex suffered from the same issue. The game effectively penalized you for not knocking out and looting everything you could (not to mention you could easily get enough skill points and upgrades to get all the relevant skills and augs maxed out). DX:HR has one thing going for it that DX1 doesn't: Social boss fights. <3

You're saying it's a very good game and then list severe flaws which mean it's not one. I'd say it's better to say that it's a fun game overall. Yeah, it's quite ridiculous how there can be no good contemporary politicans. Bitching and moaning everywhere. I consider Obama to be a good president, as while he could be better, he's certainly not bad. Many people forget that presidents/prime ministers aren't dictators and they operate under circumstances that limit their options. If they don't do something seemingly logical and "right," it might be worthwhile to think why they are doing so. It might be a question of perspective. Living abroad certainly helped me appreciate my own country's government and its policies. Its most recent accomplishments, namely Sikorski's handling of Ukraine together with French and German ministers makes me feel a bit of national pride. Plus, the nuclear power program is getting of the ground, so I'm a happy cat. By the way, Clinton was not impeached, at least not in a way that ousted him from office. The closest thing to such a hybrid is the UH-60 Blackhawk, but the Hind is in a class of its own. However, it isn't really that effective as a transport, as far as I recall. Apart from being cramped and steering like a brick with full load, the hold is unarmored. It is useful as a supplemental fuel/ammo store, though.
