  1. What about in Hardcore mode, having a limited number of quick saves per X amount of time?
  2. Pig's 2005 album: Pigmata. Pig is an industrial project of Ramond Watts (KMFDM)
  3. Maybe Fallout: New Vegas is going to be a spin off of Six String Samurai. Excellent movie. I will search deep to find references to it in the game. EDIT: Added Link
  4. I'm playing with a lot of install discs as I'm installing the Sims 2 Complete Collection for the lady.
  5. I was affected but I can still play offline. I was browsing the PSN Store at midnight and it booted me out.
  6. I noticed the handy XBOXLIVE! Gamer tag field on members personal information. Unfortunately, I do not own an XBOX or 360. I would, however, like to hookup with some community members with my PS3 with the Playstation Network. Is there enough support for this from the community and Obsidian to add this option? If not, we can always start a Gamer Tag/Alias/Etc thread in the gaming forum. Thanks for the consideration. AKJ
  7. The more I'm playing FO:3 the more I'm liking it actually. Still add-on less, just playing the original campaign. It has it's flaws but now that I'm used to the combat system and accidently came across the voice recordings (which helped me quite a bit) it's at least enjoyable to play. To be quite honest, I think the 1st/3rd person perspective on this game really fits. The engine works pretty well for the title. I would enjoy seeing the weather effects, as rare as it might be. Perhaps acid rain, dust storms, or just heat lightning ... or something we've never experience on a pre-apocalyptic world. Regardless, the more I'm playing FO:3 the more I'm looking for Obsidian's twist on Bethesda's perspective on the Fallout franchise. I don't have any high expectations, but considering I'm at least enjoying Bethesda's variant, I can't imagine a team with some of the 'OG's involved being making it worse.
  8. I'm fairly sure that if you have the GOTY or Broken Steel installed, this shouldn't be a problem. I haven't cared enough to personally verify (I played it just once), so I might be wrong. I bought a used vanilla version. I didn't want to spend the extra 50 USD for a new GOTY version on a game I'm not even sure I'd like.
  9. I just picked up Fallout 3 for my PS3. First off, I'd like to point out that I enjoyed Oblivion. I didn't play it much as an RPG as I did as a dungeon crawler. I was an assassin and I enjoyed tweaking the custom class option to power-game the title "assassin". ... Then I got sneaky, used Nighteye and started dungeon crawling. Though, I do enjoy a good story but Oblivion just didn't tell it right or the story just isn't what I wanted to be involved in. Now I have Fallout 3. I'm having the same issues only I don't like the combat much in the game. Though, I'm more interested in finding out what happened to the PCs 'daddy' because of his involvement in the introduction of the game. I also heard that if you complete the main quest you can't go back and do the side quests so I'm trying to do all the side quests I can... only the ones I'm finding don't give you much to go on. For example: Blood Ties. Ok, Mr. West. I'll randomly go search for The Family with absolutely nothing to go on minus 3 locations that you give no insight on. Can you tell me which directions there in, please? Its really a breathe of fresh air that Obsidian is taking the reigns for Fallout: New Vegas. Their prowess in story telling has kept me playing through their games since SW:KOTOR II. There is at least one not-so-Fallout 3-fan that's at least a bit excited for F:NV.
  10. Trying to call Gaming Generations to see if they have a used PS3 in yet. Their phone is always busy. Every time I call. This includes previous days.
  11. I quite enjoyed their 90's albums but their new one hasn't appealed to me all that much. Gave it one listen and I'll have to give it a few more. Just have a bunch of other stuff on my plate that I'm enjoying at the moment.
  12. Listening to Sister Machinegun on Pandora this morning.
  13. I picked up The Faint's Wet From Birth (2004) and Avenged Sevenfold's S/T (2007) on vinyl yesterday. I bought the latter because it was on clearance. Fear Factory's Mechanize (2010) is all ready out on CD. Still awaiting my record store to get the vinyl in. It's a really great album. It has a lot of the elements of the Demanufacture/Obselete days but is still new and a type of greatness that only Fear Factory can achieve.
  14. Sleep deprivation is a terrible form of torture. Just ask those that genuinely suffer from chronic insomnia.
  15. Been listening to Combichrist and Skold VS KMFDM.
  16. I've been playing quite a bit of Quake Live lately.
  17. I'm actually disappointed to see Oduya gone from NJD. He was one of my favorites on their roster.
  18. Yeah. I'm feel like death is just around the corner now. Shouldn't be long before my arteries are clogged and I die of a heart attack.

  19. I started playing WoW again. Server: Thunderhorn (PvE) Faction: Horde Main: Angrykidjoe Come play with me if you're bored .
  20. ... At least these games are worth watching. Holy schmitballs.
  21. I'm currently upset with NBC because they don't have the game in HD. Versus did. Thusly, my 65" 1080p TV is [censoredlolz]ing useless.
  22. Chris Osgood, Detroit Redwings, Position: Catcher
  23. Wow, some of the best hockey playing I've seen in this third period.
  24. Has anyone seen Zombie Strippers? I'm a gore/horror fan and wondering if this is even worth a watch.
  25. That's the second puck in the face of the finals isn't it? Or was that the conference finals?
