Didn't really like how they handled the mother situation. But then again i doubt they would do any better in my eyes even if they had time. The aftermath just isn't there. :/

Finished second act. Was decent but the main quest felt like reading a book but skipping plenty of pages with dialogues and other plot information. It was just moving too fast, i couldn't really consider anything because i was thrust into a new situation immediately. It really does feel like bad DMing. wanting to tell a story all at once. And then it's already "3 years later" ...

Wouldn't Harrowmont also sever any ties with the surface and further isolate the dwarwen society?

Jagged Alliance. After play DAII for a while this simple combat is far more fun and enjoyable.

I don't think they'd even have to attack. They way the are portrayed it'd be enough for them to just appear all at once and everyone would **** their pants. I mean an ancient civilization had to use a planetary supermegagiga gun to shoot one down, how can all of their armadas take out more than 10 max?

I'm waiting for that too, but that doesn't mean i can't be bothered by it right now. And once i know how ammo boxes look like i can see them without prior highlighting. And because this is no Fallout 3/NV where all the junk is interactive, it shouldn't be too difficult to spot items you can interact with. I'll stay skeptical until i experience it myself.

I only wish all the items wouldn't highlight unless they were in arms reach when the cursor is hovering over them. But maybe it will actually be so in the PC version ... or someone will mod it in eventually.

Alistair is better than 6 out of 7 DA2 NPCs. Hell i'd even take Carth over them

Finally got to play. Didn't expect much and i didn't even get that so far. I hope Act II comes along soon. Companions other than Varric bore me , combat is dull and tedious ( i constantly wish i had friendly fire on Normal and hard ) so i don't even bother to manually level up companions. Their default skills picks win every fight.

DA2, the copy took a while from the UK.

Poland probably has a localized version but US english version should work in Australia too. I'm kind of lucky in Slovenia because everything works here. :D

It's a good thing if it has an interesting start. And all this info Azure still makes me believe it's not really tactical just tedious and somewhat annoying. So i might try Nightmare and Hard but i'll probably just forget about trying to find some good challenge in combat and play on Normal. Maybe they'll be other stuff that i'll like.
