That's great action RPG combat, no useless jumping and swinging swords for no reason,... At least some parts of it could be introduced into games like DA, even with all the numbers behind combat there.

Unique items that make you much more damage are of no use eh? It's not like you can enchant them further right? And all the dozens of STAT and SKILL points you get from Mindreading are also of no use right? And i got plenty enough XP to cover all my debts from mindreading and still level up fine. And i did 300-900 damage way before the end of Divinity II, in the expansion i double that damage. Infact i would have done much more damage sooner had i paid attention and disenchanted weapons i threw away and put better enchantments on my primary mostly unique weapons. I had level 8-10 damage enchantments on weapons i picked up before level 20.

You seriously put 14 levels into mindread? It's one of the most useless skills in game. Not only are majority of quests are solvable without it, the XP-for-equipment trades will usually screw you over as they produce items for different classes. And even when mindread is at level 1 your XP debt is usually worth no more than few trash mob kills. It's best skill in game together with Fireball. Of course you can solve quests without it, what kind of an argument is that? But you miss plenty of alternate and far more rewarding solutions without using it. And Tigranes you're a Dragon Slayer for now, pay attention, Dragon Knights are evil. And you can have all hair styles in all 3 colors <_< Just go to the first Illusionist you find and change your appearance.

Magic is overpowered in all games so to make a great game magic mustn't play the biggest role.

Fallout New Vegas. I suppose it was about time i started to play it. I will probably use some simple mostly appearance improving mods when i find out which ones those are.

Actually DKS = remastered divinity 2 + addon/dlc Flames of vengeance, so you actually get to finish the story of your dragon knight.

I care, that it didn't have 5 types of all weapons at least. Just like i hated it that Bioware didn't include more sword, dagger and other weapon models in DA:O and at the same time made if impossible to add them yourself.

I liked Halo 1, but repetitive and boring level Library or whatever it was almost made me quit a few times.

There was a DA:O demo? Can't remember. I only played Journeys.

So even the demo will give you free stuff for the full game. xD

Div2 was good enough, well DKS at least. I have played the original version. It has flaws, some weird ideas and the combat does get boring but i couldn't put it down until i was finished. So to me it was money well spent. I won't replay it but i haven't replayed any RPG in the last 8 years. Well ME2 doesn't count since it's more a shooter than an RPG and i haven't finished that either.

I like free stuff and use it all the time. I don't pay extra for it, more times i pay less. So what if someone on the internet thinks it makes a game easier, to me it's all about how much fun i can have and some preorder/bonus/... items just offer a lot of fun.

IWD has better spell animations, music and avatars. And much prettier scenery. And IWD2 is great for what it was, IE going out with a bang.

I'm not bothered by the DRM, i've played DA:O and ME2 logged in. Big deal.

And it's a bugfest. Critical patches for days straight xDD and the bug list is getting longer. x

The battle was fine though, especially on Insane.

If i want anything in ME3 its an ambidextrous Shepard and because of that a movable camera, so i can't actually peek around stupid right corners.

Divinity 2: DKS. Fun game but i haven't got the ability to be a dragon when i want yet and the skellies are actually still dangerous :/

i haven't played Wasteland for 15 years ... if you post more screens or if i see mkreku's avatar more i might even start to play it myself.
