People were complaining about Bio's "decline" before ME2 and DAO came out, and what happened? Everybody played it and liked it.

It still feels like I'm not controlling the game entirely. I know DS series is a hack&slasher but Obsidian could still do something a bit more tactical.

Never cared about the D&D editions, since I'm not a D&D nerd. I trust Obsidian (who else?) would make modifications to the 4th edition ruleset, to make it more balanced for a PC/console. But really, I'd die for a BG3.

Man, Atari has really let us down lately. Their politics went all multiplayer and **** lately. Guess chances for a real BG3 are now as good as nil.

Played both DMC4 and NG2, and yeah, both were button mashers that mostly didn't require any skills. Just press buttons wildly and you will win the battle. Come on, Obsidian. But I'm not such a picky bastard. Will the game have at least a story or something?

Kidding right? The more DS3 strays away from Taylor's original work, the better. Because let's face it: DS1/2 were total bonkers, and Taylor is a talentless hack. The only reason I give a damn about DS3 is Obsidian.

Why should he review builds? Square-Enix doesn't owe anything to Chris Taylor. It's his series. And it's nice to see that SE does that in my opinion. No it's not. The franchise now belongs to SE, they don't need approval from Taylor. This is just some silly talk anyway. They say they let him review it for sentimental reasons, so that the fanboys don't rage. In truth, he does ****.

Bioware develops for the audience. If it is the MMO crowd, then it's for PC. If it is the singleplayer crowd, then it's consoles. Hope is that consoles lose importance in the future so that Bio can once again develop PC centric games. Doubt it though.

Gotta make a choice. Either Gothic 4, or F:NV. F:NV is probably the better game, but it's just Fallout 3 in a different setting, so MOTS. Gothic 4 has the potential to become a disaster again. Or not.

I actually thought DS3 uses an over-the-shoulder 3rd person camera. Or is the isometric camera just optional?

So far there hasn't been announced anything new on this gamescom. I thought maybe Sega would show something to Aliens: Colonial Marines or maybe Monolith would announce her new project, but noooo..... All we get is that E3 stuff that we already know.
