What the heck is a "GOU"? I tried Googling it, but there were virtually no results.
-
Difficult to determine with no reference point. I would expect the GOG version to look either the same or better (since GOG sometimes packages mod "enhancements" with their older games) as the Steam version, though.
-
Possible...but not probable: see the Chiefs last year, who started off 1-5, then won 10 in a row.

Primetime games have been absolutely horrible garbagefests this year. Things looked so good after that first Panthers-Broncos game...been pretty horrible since then.

Came to a very late-night epiphany that perhaps, by the time I am old and grey, that I might be glad to be rid of the constantly overwhelming and soul-crushing feelings of anxiety and despair that I've associated with the prospect of death for the past 8 years or so, feelings that I will probably continue to experience for many more decades...unless I suddenly become overtly religious, which is unlikely, given that my efforts so far have utterly failed. That, or they stopped bothering themselves about it simply because they know it'll happen regardless...a lesson that I have repeatedly been failing to learn time and time again over the last decade. Truth be told, neither of these thoughts give me much relief.

Yeah. Relevant again:

Maybe it's just because I don't like superhero movies, but this is starting to feel like it's reaching the point of over-saturation here...

I think Johnson being on all 50 was confirmed. Don't know about Jill Stein.
-
I mean...they mention it having "roguelike" gameplay elements, what did you expect?

Those sprites look absolutely incredible. Gameplay is still an unknown, but man, the graphics are stunning enough to make me keep my eye on it.

You're confusing me with someone who isn't computer retarded. I wouldn't have the first clue how to troubleshoot my Wifi issues. My entire method of trying to fix my router or modem issues? "Unplug/plug router and hope it works". I see. Well, if you need help figuring that out, it wouldn't hurt to ask in the tech section,
-
Uh...don't you have a PC and/or another wireless device to troubleshoot with?

I might vote Green or Libertarian as a protest vote, but beyond that, the matter is out of my hands. Bernie Sanders remains the only person I would have seriously voted for in this election.

RG3 to injury reserve. RIP Browns' season.
-
Yeah. I remember looking at the scores and being surprised that Chargers were so completely dominating the Chiefs...and then Keenan Allen went down with a non-contact injury (almost always at least bad, often disastrous), and then the entire game went straight to hell in the second half. What an absolute shame.

Hm... ...Something doesn't seem quite right here...but I can't put my finger on what, exactly... Oh, of course! The Patriots only went 11-5 and 10-6 in 2008 and 2009, respectively. Silly Patriots fans, not even knowing their own history from only a few years ago. It's like you became a fan just a few days ago!

A last second Hail Mary or ridiculous field goal attempt is better than what he gave you either way, though, .

Ultimately, I think it was Terrance Williams' fault. Also, what an absolutely fantastic week of football. Genuine nailbiters all around with the exception of just a couple of games.

the seahawks can't keep getting away with this baloney bullcrap they just can't

I've never had the opportunity to try a ghost pepper. Habaneros from a little Asian market are still the hottest I've had...but I don't like the taste of them at all. Sadly, I think Jalapenos taste way better, but Jalapenos only very rarely have even a little real heat, and it's very random when they do.

People seem to always forget that Google Drive is not really a dedicated filesharer - they're O.K. with documents being viewed/downloaded by many, but it seems like whenever anything else that becomes a popular download gets put on there, Google's systems inevitably restrict access.

I think "this action is considered to be so fundamentally dumb that it doesn't even occur to your character" is a perfectly valid way of worldbuilding by omission. Uh, well, I don't, because plenty of people make "fundamentally dumb" decisions all the time in the real world, and while I'm not a fan of being railroaded into certain actions by way of the game providing unrealistic consequences for those certain actions (the aforementioned attacking Irenicus in Spellhold by yourself), I'm even less of a fan of the game railroading you by not providing you the ability to do an obvious (if perhaps unwise) option(s) that occurs to the player, depending on the type of character you're playing. That sort of thing is extremely frustrating and takes me straight out of the game - coming up with an idea/plan that might work, and then the game not even providing it as an option when it makes perfect sense in-universe. It is much better to see such an idea fail than for the game to just refuse to provide you the possibility of even trying it out to begin with.

That legit sounds like it could be a NWN2: Mask of the Betrayer theme song for some area or character.
