first of all, vader is a dark lord...sidious was very strong, im not denying that, but i think he was strong in a smart way. vader lost to sidious, and if we are going by the movies, he did kill sidious (it was some stupid eu book that brought him back)...luke lost to the emperor because he threw down his lightsaber...he underestimated sidious's powers....vader lost to luke because he underestimated the effect the comment about leia would have and luke used a quick strike and the darkside to fuel an unpredictable attack...anakin lost to obiwan in ep. iii, which is not in the first three movies like you are talking about, same with dooku...anyway, the point is, vader is the best! :D

?? so the movies made lucas? im pretty sure without lucas star wars would never have become famous...because they never would have been made...star wars is lucas's idea so he can say/do whatever he wants and it is always true... and i never said lucas was the god, im saying they are his movies, his franchise, his characters, its all his...get over it, if you disagree with what lucas says regarding star wars, you are wrong... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I 'd say it is more accurate to say that Lucas holds the rights for Star Wars. I really doubt that Star Wars is his own creation. Many people have worked for it so it is also their creation. well, there is definitely the right to build off of his works if he says so, but contradicting him in the novels, games, comics, etc. is wrong...i wouldnt want someone re-writing something i made, so i think we should respect lucas movies and say what he says ranks above all others

really, it only matters what one person thinks, and that is george lucas...he created star wars, he created darth vader. without him, there would be no exar kun, etc. george says its vader, therefore, it is vader, and anybody who questions that is wrong...

i pick obsidian because it looks like this game is gonna be awesome, but it really depends on how good the game actually is to decide...

i dont play on the PC, but im gonna be leaving all boards related to kotor2 until i beat the game....so my vacation wont be quite as long as the pc gamers, but ill still be gone...(of course most people here dont even know who i am so you all probably dont care )

ill probably go dual...i like it in kotor1 until i found out about the doublebladed lightsaber glitch, then i used that...but since they probably fixed that glitch, there will be penalties on them, so im gonna go with dual :D

This is my first poll, so please be gentle... Personally, I am a little disappointed with only 12, I was hoping for at least 15...but I guess it would take a lot of work to do that...

you probably wont be getting jedi robes as your first set of clothes...for one, if you get your old clothes, they wouldnt be robes because you are in exile from the jedi and therefore probably wouldnt be wearing the robes...secondly, i just dont think the devs would let us have robes that early (you gotta wait for something) just like you dont get your lightsaber right away...but then again, maybe im an idiot and someone has a way to prove me very wrong...

if by character face you mean a face for the PC, its not...the PC is human...also, im pretty sure akari announced it was a party member

i think kotor 3 is inevitable...all this talk about a kotnr is what im skeptical about...i dont know if lucasarts will let anyone do that
