When the game comes to the store shelves I will definitely give it a buy, but I will not purchase it over the Internet. Did it once, I will not do it again. I hope they are successful in this endaevor. It looks like it has potential.

The OC is the game, Volourn. The Toolset is not a game, its a tools set. Also mods are just that. Mods. Never judge a game based on mods. I would say check out Oblivion. It is far better than the NWN 1 game.

I knew that the jumping hieght was hard coded into the system so that only timing mattered. A well placed jump required only pressing the button, not flailing the controller about.

I don't. I played a lot of pitfall when I as younger but I never moved the controller like that or at all. Same with Mario. I focused on the game and the movements of my character. Moving the controller would be a distraction.

The Forgotten Realms... The most over used setting in DnD. I would think they would try to do a decent job on the other settings but nope. ToEE sucked and DDO is superficially Ebberon.

They are evil. Evil lil' things that look so cute and cuddly so that you let your guard down then WHAM! They get all evil on you. They need to be taken out... from a distance... at least 1 kilometer away otherwise their evil will get you. The kitten pics are cool.

When I play with a controller, PC or Console, I never move it like that. It seems to be a waste of time and energy while very pointless. I can't imagine myself playing a game that has me wailling about like that. It looks very stupid.

Sarcasm aside, Bioware does have the clout and power to take over the DnD computer license and work as a publisher, thanks to Elevation. I think that could work for the best for that way Bioware can do the PMs and continued support for NWN 1 while at the same time give Obsidian a outlet for their own PMs for NWN 2.

I would be shocked as well and tad bit annoyed. Annoyance and shockage don't mix well.

The trick now will be to get us to buy KotOR 3.

Just as long as it isn't EA.

Wouldn't surprise me any with the way Atari just treated Bioware with their axing of NWN 1.

I am kind of curious why the NWN 2 PR guy would sign up at the Obsidian forums. The Obsidian forums have nothing to do with NWN 2 except for a rediect link.
