For a movie to be epic. at least length wise, needs to be int he 3 to 4 hours range. For a miniseries, around 6 to 8 hours without commericals. For computer games, especially the CRPG genre, no less than 60 hours of gameplay. Different mediums have different standards.

Hmmm... So it has to be long. Well, that excludes Bioware's games except the Baldur's Gate games. For a CRPG to be considered epic it needs to be at minimum 60 hours long on one's first play through. Also I didn't feel particularly heoric in NWN or KotOR.

So what? Doesn't change the fact I am not going to spend money on an UbiSoft game.

Of course this is for official game products only. Individual campaigns that are not official can do whatever the hell they want.

Its how the hieharchy works. You have the core books. Player's Handbook, Dungeon Master's Guide, and Monster Manual. Expanded Psionics Handbook would be considered a core book if you plan on using Psionics. All core books override any side books, like the Complete Series, if there is a discrepency. Any campaign specific books override the core and side books, if there is any discepency, for that particular setting.

I never win and I never try to win. Its the argument, right or wrong, that matters.

What is stated in the Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting and Player's Guide overrides what is stated in the Complete Divine. This is a FR game therefore is restricted to FR canon, at least it should be. COmplete Divine is a "side" book, not a "core" book, and nothing more.

You know when someone makes a post it is assumed that it is thier opinion. It would be redundant to state something that it is opinion when it obviously is. Of course that is also assuming one went to elementary school where one learned such skills.

Am I particularly negative about Bioware? Nah, I still buy their games. If I was trully negative I would be treating them like UbiSoft and EA. I really hate them. Not going to buy any game they have a hand in.
