Honest Hearts was really fun, I wish they had done more with Joshua Graham though as he was really fun to talk to but it seemed like he was barely used despite being the focal point of the dlc.

I believe that including PayPal they've hit 4mil now. 7 hours left to go.

No. they would have to get Disney's permission. Which is not going to happen. The game is 8 years old. Let. It. Go. And besides, the game is already patched by fans. It's called TSLRCM. What are you talking about? Are you actually trying to say that THQ and LucasArts are no more because of Obsidian? Yeah, Obsidian has worked with Bethesda, inXile and Disney among others so we just have to wait and see them die. Maybe not tomorrow or even in a year but I guarantee they are dead in 20 years or so. All because of Obsidian, right? Geez... Oh no, I just realized something. We are on Obsidian's forums. Obsidian's curse must be on us already! Ok, I may have gone overboard with this post but seriously, come on. What a humorless person They say that loss of humour is the first sign of the Obsidain Curse.

Team Fortress 2 as seen through Occulus Rift Do you guys consider circle straffing someone using an OR to the point where they get dizzy and fall over to be an exploit or a valid tactic?

It's a real shame that one didn't get finished. The evil scientist and the computer controlled 'other player party' sounded like great ideas.

. On the one hand, one of the main characters will be Brock Sampson which is an automatic win. On the other hand, one of the main characters will be Evil Dead's Ash Williams who will not be voiced by Bruce Campbell. I don't know how to feel, the conflicting emotions are too strong. Oh, and does this mean that a Venture Bros. adventure game might be a possiblity at some point?

Thank you! I saw the whole movie on youtube and I loved it. Aside from the humour being much better than the clip let on, the characters and story were strong too. I'd never have known that the movie existed if not for your post so once again thank you for enriching my cultural experience.

All the same, the waterfall area is already impressive as a still so it's going to be great seeing it in motion.- 131 replies

Lets plays actually seem quite popular on youtube, I guess people are interested in seeing how other people play and how the experience differs to their own?- 131 replies

"Don't worry, Speed Racer"

Well I mean, I agree multiplayer shouldn't suffer for the single player because that's always been the series' strength but the campaign in Bad Company 2 was a lot of fun and BF3's campaign while being rather bland on story and gameplay was just incredable to watch and I felt worth the effort just for the spectacle. Both of those games had great multiplayer too, I mean people rag on the season pass for BF3 but it was fantastic value for money, you ended up with more maps, modes, vehicles and guns than you would have with an old fashioned expansion pack and all were great fun to play. I'm super excited for this it looks terrific.

The SSRMs are for anything that get close, the lasers are the long range weapons in that build.

Are you sure? All I get is a page saying that they are considering ways to allow pre-orders. Probably an issue they fixed since you posted but there are links to pre-order the normal and deluxe versions now.

Towards the end V:BL becomes very combat heavy and there aren't always alternate stealth routes or dialogue options. Stick with it though, it's worth the effort.

Twice as good as my first attempt. Which was 3 hours of sculpting to create a hill. I have to confess, I am cheating, I have a pdf tooset guide I download which is making life much easier. Thanks for the kind words and encouragment though guys.

I've been playing around with the NWN2 toolset. Made this in a couple of hours, not sure if that's good or bad but it turned out better than I expected for a first attempt.

I thought this was pretty awesome.

Does anyone know if many people still play and build things for NWN2?
-
Ah yes, the hat scene

If they do that then hopefully they'll take another shot at the Total War style campaign map. I thought Retribution's campaign felt too watered down where they were trying to allow players to complete the same missions with wildly different units and stratergies, it made the whole thing seems very effortless and shallow compared to the absolutely excellent Chaos Rising.

Are they making Dawn of War? Rock, Paper, Shotgun said that Sega and Relic still have the rights to make a DoW3, in whatever form that will take. They said that Slitherine are known for turn-based games and is probably the direction that their 40k/Warhammer game will take. So really it's probably more like Chaos Gate 2, which would rock socks.
