Well, I just hope that Bioware changes one thing about Mass Effect that has been plaguing their games since Neverwinter Nights 1. I hope they up the difficulty and put in an actual smart combat AI so they can make the game challenging.

If it is illegal where they live then the responsible thing is to alert the authorities so they can be arrested. I see this as someone who bought a product and is now reselling it for a profit. Is it wrong? Nope. The buyer has the choice to buy or not buy, bid or not bid. The choice is up to the consumer. If it is illegal to resell RAtM tickets then by all means alert the authorities to arrest them and let the law do its work. Going online to harrass them on eBay is not the right way to solve this problem.

Being in a democracy doesn't give you the right to be a jerk to someone or continually try to screw them over. In some countries that is in fact a form of harassment and that is against the law in some areas.

Why be such an asshat like that? That is just the way capitalism works. Someone has a product, its first come first served, and those who are too slow either suffer or pay through the nose. That is how it is. If you don't want to be part of a capitalistic society that is your problem but I don't see how messing with someone like this is "fun."

Nope. Its the 1.10 final release. With the release of the expansion coming they had to alter 1.07 around so that there would be smoother compatibility for online play for those who have the expansion and those who don't. The beta is done. Just use the revert patch to get back to 1.06 then patch it up to 1.10. The performance increase is so good that I can have the game on full shadows and in soft shadow mode.

We never saw Sylar fly. In fact Sylar didn't fly till the episode where he was pretending to be Nathan in Future Hiro's timeline, assuming that he killed Nathan to take his power. It was just assumed that it was Sylar because everyone said it was but it was never confirmed. I am betting that it was the person in which that girl is afraid of, the one that can see her and has nightmares about. He simply made the deaths look like Sylar's work. Easy enough to copy cat. Open skull, scoop out brains. In fact, Sylar has been one big red herring.
