If using it offers greater functionality then of course you are going to be penalised by not using it. Whether or not you like the way it looks is irrelevant.

I love being able to customise the appearance of my character, but I don't really miss the feature in games that don't have it. All games need the customisation featured in APB, which is the bestest thing ever.

So the issue is that the scene fades to black and you don't get to see the characters having sex?

If I remember correctly, all those weapons have camo patterns, and I imagine they are just retextured versions of existing weapon models. Edit: You can see them here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/segaamerica/s...57605782362909/ Only the stealth pack has a camo pattern, so maybe they are unique models after all.
