  1. Fun little game where you get to spy and hack everything
  2. Waiting for Dark Souls 2 to unlock on steam. I know I probably won't beat it though
  3. Gen 4, level 10 pilot in Titanfall
  4. Another crushing defeat in ipad FTL, my 3 layers of shielding meant nothing
  5. Depends which mods you use. With the most extreme grass and enb mods I could only manage 1080p on my circa 2012 rig
  6. I was this close to pulling the trigger on a 4k monitor that had a good deal. But the 30hz really killed it for me, as I envisioned choosing between lots of vsync lag, or epic screen-tearing, so no
  7. FTL Advanced DLC
  8. Goat Simulator!
  9. It wasn't a true thing until they got bought out and turned into a driver function for nvidia cards, and that the original true physx card released in 2006 was never supported after 2 games
  10. Titanfall gen 3 lvl 35
  11. Added another 4tb HDD, this time from HGST. Seems to be much more modern than last year's 4tb drive i got (5400 rpm) with the new drive spinning at 7200 RPM. Currently at 12TB storage now. More room for games and movies!
  12. Carmack seems to not mind http://www.ign.com/articles/2014/03/31/john-carmack-lends-support-to-facebookas-acquisition-of-oculus-vr I'm still happy to see the Occlus being adopted by a tech giant, rather than remain a niche piece. I have accrued so much niche hardware over the years, like EAX Soundblaster cards, Physx cards, Deathstalker keyboards etc. that rapidly fizzle and lose support just right after it comes out, because they couldn't reach out to enough companies to back it. Being backed by a tech giant may mean the tech is here to stay, thanks to bottemless dollars for marketing and awareness, and it gets more support in upcoming mainstream games (sans minecraft), without having to rely on shoddy hacks. Sure there is a possibility that FB will ingrain itself into the product somehow, but pretty much most of my tech devices already have some form of facebbok integration built in the OS, like my android tablet, my ipad, PS3, and soon XBone will have it
  13. Good article http://www.gamespot.com/articles/why-you-shouldn-t-worry-about-facebook-buying-oculus-rift/1100-6418545/
  14. Just realized that Facebook is known for buying businesses and leaving them alone, but supplying ample amounts of funding. I still think occlus is safe for the time being, and may even be developed faster, and become more affordable.
  15. $3,000 GPU Holy Hell! 12gb vram is cool though http://www.pcgamer.com/2014/03/25/nvidia-announce-geforce-gtx-titan-z-brings-12gb-vram-for-3000/
  16. Haha lameeeee
  17. Played it up to chapter 2, could not bear anymore. This game is very forgettable
  18. Darque is old skool. Now a rank 28 gen 2 pilot in Titanfall! Tearing things up with the shotty
  19. Now a 2nd gen (prestige) pilot rank 10 in Titanfall. Also playing Metal Gear Solid 5: Ground Zeros
  20. I've been looking at graphics comparisons between ESO and Skyrim (especially with ENB), and have been concluding that ESO looks like Morrowind
  21. Level 47 in Titanfall. This truly is the long haul, as each of these late levels have been requiring to me to clear at least 25+ matches to advance. Next is regeneration (prestige) mode
  22. Another good Titanfall review http://www.edge-online.com/features/titanfall-is-an-intelligent-modern-shooter-which-gives-call-of-dutys-multiplayer-formula-new-life/
  23. So is it CoD with Mechs? Or is there more to it than that simplistic description? Yes, however everything is extremely well balanced out, and the new stories and moments that arise from this are pretty awesome. Maps are bigger too. Like earlier I just seized a hard point in the 2nd floor of a building. I call my mech over to my location, and then it sticks its hand through the window of the 2nd floor, grabs me and puts me back in the ****pit, in which shorty after a mech fist fight ensues with other titans outside Another time, my team just lost a match, and by default, the losing team always has to board an escape ship, which nets you many points. My escape ship was sitting on top of a tall building about to depart in 10 seconds, but I was stuck cornered in a close quarters mech fight, and my Titan very low on health. Thankfully I had the nuclear ejection perk, in which I ejected a hundred feet into the air while my Titan exploded and nuked the two other enemy titans that we're beating on me. I perfectly positioned my landing to that escape ship and got the hell out lol.
  24. Wouldn't that be larger textures? (and/or sounds?)*Don't know; I don't have the game. Just the uncompressed sound I believe, so it will run better on low spec CPUs
