Anyone who spends time reading that during an installation seriously needs a life. -
No seriously the textures are blurry; even on ultra mode, and there isn't any self-shadowing, unless you force-enable it and then it's all glitchy when you close up on the faces.

No AGP? PCI or dare I say it and ISA slot instead?? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Since he has a dell, it's PCI. The best those slots can get are either an FX 5200 or a Radeon 9200.

Nailgun is dissapointing to me, I mean you have to nail an enemy's head like 3 times before he dies. You think that one massave pierce to the brain is all you need. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> True enough, but it's not too balanced. None of the guns seem to be done too well in that regard though. Really, all you need is the AR, decent aim, and the ability to click. Then you're set. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> The best way to improve your aim is to get a laser mouse. That thing can stop on a dime. It tends to strain the system more than singleplayer, but it's fun.

All the people who bash FEAR probably have crappy computers. Speaking of which, the 1.05 patch came out today. It adds two more multiplayer levels.
