I prefer HDR over AA in this game, but since you have an ATI you have both huh.

That's a low res. I tend to jack the res and I average 35 fps outdoors, but that particular area runs like a piece of crap.

It's an Intel p4 3.2 ghz. You mean your game runs perfect? What are your FPS in that very area the emperor's captain dies?

The first fight (where the emperor's captain dies) in the first dungeon is laggy no matter how low I turn down the res. A lot of the laggy "hot spots" are CPU related slowdowns.

It's possible to get it to work by hacking it or something, but the cloth and liquid won't function. And why do you want it to not make it? It would mean I blew $300

I admit, the 7950 GX2 is pretty tempting... but I'm going to hold out for DX10. I know deep down that this is a smart decision. Stupid wait :angry:
