Reading this thread reminds me how great this game was despite the memory bug it has. To day it wont get fixed. I think ill play this game again when i build my computer, unfortunately I've hit a pretty large snag while building mine. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Noez! What happened? -
Well you'll need a 64-bit processor if you haven't already got one. Problem with these 64-bit OS is its compatibility with certain games and driver support. I haven't any desire to use a 64-bit OS even though my processor is 64-bit.

Windows XP cannot recognize 4 GB of RAM. You'll need either Windows XP 64, or Vista 64 to use that amount of RAM.

Many modern games take advantage of widescreen, future games are going to have to have widescreen support in order to be a certified "Games for Windows" game. NWN2 is CPU bound, I saw no difference in performance going from a 7800 to an 8800, however putting the conroe in gave the game a real boost.
