I think I can see pores in her nose! :D The teeth/smile still looks a bit unnatural...maybe because they're too perfectly straight/aligned or something. the lips themselves look great...just the teeth when she smiles. But yeah, I agree...best digitized human face I've seen, probably. I'd like to see the hands upclose/in motion. They always seem to be one of the hardest things to do - or at least an area where they cut the most corners in favor of other areas. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Hands:

Oh yes. One of my favorite shooters of all time. That and the original Unreal. Have you played the expansion pack as well? I finished that a while ago and it's pretty good as well. Not quite as good (the story elements don't quite hold up, but the gameplay is just as fun) but still loads of fun. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Nope, no expansion yet. I've heard it reaaaaaaaally messes up the story.. I mean obliterates it... any truth to that? :ph34r: <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Well Sorta... I think it was Sierra's efforts to kill off the franchise, after losing Monolith. It will be interesting if Monolith's FEAR sequal (which won't be called FEAR 2 but something else) will consider the expansion's events to be canon. I wouldn't use that as a reason to pass up the expansion however, as the levels in that game really delivers.

It's in the performance options, it says "use directX 8 shaders" That might help since the X800 or whatever you have is not a SM3.0 card...
